March 29, 2018 5.0 Optimization and streamlining of services. Elimination of wasted time and resources. Pros Credible is comprehensive and meets all necessary requirements for Mental Health agencies. It was able to streamline many processes within the company and eliminate wasted time and cost. Cons There is a learning curve associated with the software. In a company transitioning from Excel and EZClaims to Credible, there was a lot of training in person and through webinars required to get all of our staff adjusted to the system. November 14, 2024 5.0 Credible is the first EHR I’ve worked with, and I’m grateful for the experience. I feel that the onboarding and learning process could have been much more challenging with another system. I also appreciate the training sessions and continuous learning opportunities that Credible provides. Pros The interface is straightforward and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. I also appreciate the high level of customizability that Credible offers, along with its seamless integration with a powerful BI tool like Yellowfin. Cons The UI looks old, however their are mass improvements beginning to release that offers a modern look. Now that the tech is outsourced there are many issues. The community is a good thought but the teams I am on it seems repetitive. Pros very configurable and can be used for more than an EMR. B.I. is good. Cons Lately has lots of latency issues. Seems like everyday. Do weekly updates that tend to break other parts of the system. Any time I have run into difficulty I have had great support from the employees at Credible. Pros Clinical documentation, scheduling, and team communication are all in one place. This software lets our therapists and behavioral health techs get everything they need completed under one roof with ease. The user interface is friendly and can be learned quickly. There is continuous support from the Credible team that can be accessed from live online chat and phone calls, and the support ticket submission system is great when you need help with a progress or have an issue that needs to be looked into. Cons Some employees report system outages and lose the notes they are writing, but this is usually due to leaving the EHR open and unattended for too long, at which point the system will log them out to protect the risk of PHI information being left open and unattended. Pros Compared to our previous product Credible is a great step up. It has a logical flow for clinicians and has the ability to add on functionality for data reporting and be our information system for clinical work. Cons Information does not populate easily from one document to another. Everything has to go through the scheduling module vs. being dynamic between forms and schedule causing a lot of clicks and duplicative work. More decion making support and workflows could be incorporated to move the agency towards value based care and the integration of credible to video platforms or vice versa for use on tablets for direct client access. Credible is easy to use and only takes a few days for new staff to get up to speed with Credible. Credible has four levels of reporting: advanced search, export/import, Ad hoc queries, and business intelligence. These levels enable staff to quickly pull data from Credible and our IT department to create complex reports. Administering Credible is nicely organized in an Admin tab and is supported with plenty of documentation and training courses. Credible also has a robust security matrix that allows us to assign specific access to staff to keep data secure. Cons We least like that Credible does not have integration with our financial software and we would like to see more form enhancements. Our major problem is we bought this system because it has a workable Emar and looked like a good client portal . However in actual use both ended up being subpar really. They are developing a new Emar which looks better so that is good. We are pretty unhappy with the cost structure of the client portal and are not currently contracted for it. Pros very stable platform generally has good helpdesk , customizable Cons Emar, elabs and erx are all need to be updated or redeveloped as tend to be very manual processes Client portal is about as expensive as the EHR system and is still underdevelopment so not fully functional Review Source MF Melissa F. The diagnoses should reflect the most up to date DSM 5-TR. The schedule gets confusing when the blocks are pushed down, looking like in the incorrect times. The system seems to go down a lot and often cannot keep up with how quick I click, for example approving notes has been glitchy. Pros It is easy to use and navigate. I like that we can make many things user friendly specific to our agency. Cons I hate when updates are made and things that were never a problem before is now a problem. Credible has been the most intuitive system I've ever used in my 20+ years in the behavioral health field. Pros 1\. The intuitive layout makes navigating and training new staff easy. 2. Customizable features allow us to tailor our workflows to the specific needs of our agency. 3. Customer Service Support is excellent! They are getting much better at communicating changes and issues within the system. They are receptive to partner feedback and improvement ideas. Pros It is easy to learn to use. Pros Credible is a robust cloud-based EHR system that is one of the few keeping current and compliant with State-provider changes, integrating billing and data standards in a timely manner and rolling out updates to end users successfully. At the same time, Credible is able to provide flexibility and customization in the system's configurations. Credible boasts both a strong patient portal, advanced search features and a BI module. Client scheduling, service entry, support documentation, claim processing and reporting is all simple and effective, making monitoring treatment progress consitent and available to share between healthcare providers. With the most recent shift to telehealth, Credible was able to help providers quickly adapt to impove productivity, shile still providing complete information about clients, even via remote points of care. Cons The Credible Plan (TX Plan or Service Plan) is difficult to train team members on its functionality and has an overall difficult workflow. The storage cost assessed for document attachments is not at all competitive. It has not been managed well to improve performance and reliability. The is not new generation product coming and only add on to existing. Pros Credible is easy to use and easy to train new staff on use. for most users the interface is simple , a little dated but works well. most of the users can get to areas of the software to complete paperwork easily. we rarely have to deal with the website and software being down. Cons the interface is a little dated, needs to be updated to some newer technology. having a few more options to hide parts of the software for users instead of giving them access error messages when they try to use parts that are restricted. the restrictions still need to exist but removing the view/buttons for access would clean up the interface considerable. July 10, 2018 4.0 Benefits of Credible include the ability to navigate from one task to another with ease and dependability. I have not come across a situation where information is lost or skewed, and there is rarely a time where Credible is down, excluding maintenance times that are scheduled during down times. Pros I like Credible because everything that we need to do our scheduling, billing, AR, documentation - everything - is all in one program that can be modified to fit our needs. It's easy to run reports, post payments, and bill out for services! Cons There are currently a lot of workarounds that we have had to put into place to get specific outcomes, such as diagnosis codes with modifiers and printing submission forms with specific criteria in the right places. Cons There should be a easier was to service type when scheduling appointments. Pros I liked the visual quality of this software, as in I could easily see everything I needed to in order to navigate to and input things for each of my clients. Cons Treatment planning was very difficult for this for my clients. It also took a bit to get used to -- I had to take an online course, but it really wasn't too bad once I got going. I wish Credible would find a way to make the additional features cost effective for small agencies and not just price to the larger agencies. Pros Ease of most clinical paperwork and ability to create unique forms to suit our needs. Cons Credible Plan - the date fields are confusing. End vs. goal date. Everyone messes them up and even people who have used the Credible plan for a long time forget which to use. The cost of ad on features such as IQ and the client portal or prohibitive for smaller agencies like mine. We always go third party on these types of features because it is never cost effective to use Credible's.
