Basic client and service data is easy to report and/or extract for end-users who are non-technical in nature. Cons Ability to build intelligence into forms and data fields is limited, which leads to significant duplicate and/or manual entry of data in order to comply with state, federal and internal organizational data collection needs. Reason for choosing Qualifacts Credible Generally, the system was more user friendly for clinical line staff to adapt to and the financial system was adequate to accomplish the billing and payment needs of our organization. Cons When upgrades are made the functionality of some areas are effected and end up not working. Tired of hearing this is a known problem when we bring an issue to their attention - they should let us know to avoid issues. Some issues are still not resolved 3 years after discover, just get messages the tech team is working on it! Recent example - one upgrade allowed all E&M billing to default to the highest level or reimbursement regardless of the level we selected. September 26, 2022 4.0 Pros This product is more intuitive than our last one. It is easy to navigate and most staff have adapted quite well. Cons Not as many internal validations as we would like; customer support could be better; form builder could have more features. Review Source VR Verified Reviewer Skills Development Specialist Mental Health Care Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "No saving and difficult to navigate" September 23, 2021 3.0 I can see the benefits of having a system where you can go to specific tabs to do specific things but, when you cannot save in between you end up having to use another software. For example, I have had to type my information in a document and then copy it into Credible to ensure I was able to save as I went. This software might work for areas and situations where things are not changing a lot but, not in rural areas, areas where the internet can go out, or when working with children. Pros It is easy to put in dates and to type in a note once you get to the correct section. It also allows you to see your client's profile with ease. Cons You cannot save as you go along. If your wifi goes down or you for some reason cannot finish a treatment plan at one time you have lost all of the work you have done. The minute you hit save it locks the document and you can't go back and review it. I can look at past and future appointments and keep up to date with the necessary documents needed for the continuation of care such as CANS and ANSA assessments. I use Credible on a daily basis and it has made writing notes for clients a breeze. Pros With credible, you are able to easily access the files of each client and review ongoing services. Credible gives you the option to limit access to client files, placing them in the VIP category. This prevents unauthorized users from accessing confidential information when there may be employees with a conflict of interest due to personally knowing the client. You can easily view your stats and it breaks them down from monthly to yearly. Cons Unfortunately, Credible has had issues of going offline and it usually takes half a day to access the necessary files or to add any documentation to each account. Unfortunately, the main staff who was in implementation of Credible was hired by Credible. She did not share a lot of her knowledge before leaving and it has been hard to get a full training. We have had a lot of PRM change and it would be nice if they could meet with you in person once a year. Pros The ease of using this software is great. When we have auditors come in they are amazed on how easy it is to navigate through the records. Cons When they do updates and change the way things worked before. There are times when the system is having issues and it is hard to reach someone to let them know. Review Source VR Verified Reviewer Healthcare Integration Manager Mental Health Care Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Worst EMR" May 6, 2019 1.0 CREDIBLE was frequently down leaving our prescribers with no information for patient appointments. The system was riddled with flaws that remained unaddressed. On one occasion over 70 patients were found to not have the medication issued and imputed in the EMR by staff in the record which had the potential of causing fatal medication administration errors due to record not saving inputted data correctly. This EMR is extremely costly for what it offers and customer service is horrific. Pros The only pro for this EMR was that it was customizable. Cons This EMR averaged weekly outages of over 5 hours for a community mental health center that served 3500 patients. Additionally Credible was not responsive to problems with some submitted tickets going unresolved for over 5 years. Review Source VP Vince P. Takes a lot of training to solve issues. It would be nice to have information on HOW to solve problems. Most billing programs are learned in a year, Credible takes much longer on the billing side. Pros Easy to find clients, batch claims, and the reports are good. Cons Hard to use, there is no help section when you run into an issue. Pros It is fairly easy to figure out the basic functions and can get data with reports. Cons I found it harder to actually create new reports. It is harder to create online forms to be used. I believ the merger has helped with streamlining and employee focus on issues. Pros Has helped decrease our environmental footprint, streamlined workflows. Able to capture majority of data in one location. Cons The log is deficient in providing details of what is being entered and when...too generalized for IT to review internally and when reach out to Credible they see the same log and are unable to provide any more detail. Missing data has come about after internal workflows have showed the data to begin with. Happens intermittently. " April 22, 2021 1.0 I have no idea how this software is helping the company or if it's solving any problems. Pros Nothing. I loterally do not find anything at all helpful about this product. And it is not easy to use. I am considering changing jobs because of it to be honest. Cons Difficult to navigate, difficult to use, difficult to train new employees, difficult to learn, etc. I've used several different types of software, and this one is the absolute worst. Because of my job i work a lot in the community and this helps me to keep my schedule straight and keep my clients information secure. Cons There are always a lot of bugs that have to be fixed in this program. The reporting functions are excellent and will help us be transformational in service delivery and decision making with data. We were sold the product and told Credible would provide the training. The company made a decision to move away from doing the training to training the trainer. While we have had success with that change, we still believe it would have been better to have Credible train our staff directly. Pros The ease of using it. It is intuitive. The reports.
