Pros

I like the templates function in rasayel which saves you from typing a particular sentence repeatedly.

Cons

What I don't like is the limitation of the templates. A user shouldn't need an approval from an administrator to create templates since the user knows the kind of messages he/she sends to the customers. Another dissatisfaction is the expiration of chats. We don't have reintroduce ourselves every 24 hours. Also I can only send pictures as pdf files And i can't even send two files at the same time so that makes two introductions.

You can send pictures as regular images; not just PDF files. If that doesn't work, send us a message on WhatsApp (+13024070488 or click on "chat with us" on our website) and we'll walk you through it 😊 Sending two files at the same time - I have forwarded this feedback to the product team. Secondly: Regarding admins and templates - that can be easily changed from the "Settings -> Users and Roles" page. Select the role. Next to "Channels", select "Manage". If you need more help with this, please send us a message. Finally: Expiration of chats. I understand the frustration. Unfortunately this is not a limitation of Rasayel. It's enforced by WhatsApp/Meta, and we don't have the ability to change this. There are various templates that can be used to make the continuation of conversation easier, and we can send you some examples if you'd like :)

Cons

Using Rasayel has been very easy for us and its work rate has been efficient. There has been nothing to like least about it.

It is a very intriguing experience getting to work on our sales operations with Rasayel. It is very user-friendly and has very productive leads engagement tools which help us succeed on our sales campaigns.

Pros

Everything about Rasayel workrate is soo good. The interface is impressively clean making it easy for us to use it for our sales. Its integration with HubSpot CRM allows us to have a simple experience working on our customers relationships. It has a high loading speed which makes our conversations with leads and customers very quick.

Cons

All is well with Rasayel so far. Our journey with it has had no major blocks.

Rasayel live agent has made our time very easy. We have been able to resolve all the challenges so nothing to hate now.

Perfekto is a startup in Latin America, and I mention this because the response time to certain support requests occasionally experienced delays due to the Rasayel team being in a different time zone. However, these waiting times never affected our operations, and solutions were always provided. It is something to consider.
