Pros

I like the templates function in rasayel which saves you from typing a particular sentence repeatedly.

Cons

What I don't like is the limitation of the templates. A user shouldn't need an approval from an administrator to create templates since the user knows the kind of messages he/she sends to the customers. Another dissatisfaction is the expiration of chats. We don't have reintroduce ourselves every 24 hours. Also I can only send pictures as pdf files And i can't even send two files at the same time so that makes two introductions.

You can send pictures as regular images; not just PDF files. If that doesn't work, send us a message on WhatsApp (+13024070488 or click on "chat with us" on our website) and we'll walk you through it 😊 Sending two files at the same time - I have forwarded this feedback to the product team. Secondly: Regarding admins and templates - that can be easily changed from the "Settings -> Users and Roles" page. Select the role. Next to "Channels", select "Manage". If you need more help with this, please send us a message. Finally: Expiration of chats. I understand the frustration. Unfortunately this is not a limitation of Rasayel. It's enforced by WhatsApp/Meta, and we don't have the ability to change this. There are various templates that can be used to make the continuation of conversation easier, and we can send you some examples if you'd like :)

Managing multiple teams across multiple numbers is confusing and having a robust chat search function would help us know where messages are stored. Also the reporting tool should be more comprehensive to enable us to measure customer satisfaction levels effectively

Perfect match of cost and quality is what describes Rasayel. Iam the one who passed the budget allocation for it's deployment which was quite reasonable considering all the benefits we are reaping through sales proceed on WhatsApp. Beyond being a sales channel it is an amazing CRM that helps in management and handling if clients enquiries. We have been able to create a community if clients where we broadcast and communicate on new developments.

Pros

Every aspect of Rasayel is topnotch. From the accelerated implementation process of it's sleek and glossy interface to an amazing user experience backed up by incredible and responsive customer support team. This platform is affordable and doesn't have any hidden charges compared to other tools and didn't have to acquire hardwares to run it because with the Whatsapp API we were able to access it. It encompasses fantastic functionalities that empowers our client engagements into a more personalized experience for easy followup and quick responses to prospects and clients enquiries . This has hastened lead closing. The sales reports generation is accurate and transparent to be able to track all sales executed on our socials which assist in reconciliation of income from sales on our reports

I. LOVE. RASAYEL. I am not the biggest fan of talking over the phone to dozens of people every single day but I do love chatting.

Pros

We can manage dozens of customers in chatbot and not have to talk over the phone to each one thanks to rasayel's features.

Cons

In rare occasions sometimes I can't open a chat with an individual or two. I think this issue has been fixed though because it didn't happen once in the last 4 months.

Pros

Software is easy to use and set up, it has a good UI and UX and basically allows you to setup communication via messengers with your clients not spending a lot on development and setup.

Cons

I guess everything is ok, the only thing which I am missing probably is an advanced chat bot functionality.

Their seamless integration with various social media accounts and communication accounts (messenger, whatsapp,etc...) is top notch, omni-channel communication has never been this easier

It doesn't integrate to our crm but there's an API that i was able to use to integrate it with our system manually.

Rasayel just keep my agents on selling and not just randomly moving between platforms and misscommunicate.Before Rasayel we tried Respond.io and get.chat and WhatsApp Business, none of those was even close to the stability and flexbility that Rasayel provides, with a slick and functional UI they just nailed it. ♥

Pros

The flexibility that the API provides with the webhook system can make Rasayel a beast with custom code to make selling flows smoother (tags integration and etc).

Cons

Integration with Hubspot is still not full and only partial, but I know they have plans to add a lot more features soon on that area so I'm still very satisifed.

Respond.io was very expensive and have zero webhook integration and was flaky.get.chat was the badest experience of them all, they stopped working almost a week without support, we just failed to receive and send messages - super unstable!
