### "All in one marketing & sales platform"

Ligna's great. The Ligna team and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] works extremely hard in support, troubleshoot and developing the software. I strongly recommend Ligna to all businesses that has sales & support in their business.

Pros

Most other email marketing platform are just it - email marketing, Ligna shines that it has built-in sales CRM. It has phone and SMS built-in that allows both our local and remote sales team to close sales.

Cons

The user experience, flow or design of Ligna is extremely different from most tools I've encountered. Although I'm the one who introduced, purchased, and views the KPI/dashboard, personally I cannot use it myself. I have to have an administrator who learns it and implements across the platform.

Pros

How all the tools I need are in one place.

Cons

The company is still working hard on the phases, but it will be the best in a year or two.

The worst experience I've had with a saas company

Pros

The idea of it but poor management and customer service

Cons

Bad business - No customer support Was promised action from the \[sensitive content hidden\] and they accepted my money for additional services but never provided anything promised to refund but never received it and any efforts to reach out gone ignore (Over a month of reaching out). Stay away from this business they will waste your time and take your money without providing anything in return.

Great tool and overall great experience. Hope to see this tool growing and became widely supported with integrations soon.

Pros

Fully customisable and replicable to several tiers to manage your company and support your clients in value added services with full scalability potential. Support team and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] very eager to learn from users and adapt the platform to main business needs.

Cons

It is still growing and developing but in the right direction. It would be good to have EU clientso n EU datacenters for GDPR compliance. Initially the platform was mainly oriented to US but slowly they adapted to make it very international.

My problem was always having to connect different online tools for my business to run. Autoresponders for email marketing, CRM for Customer and Lead Management, and Websites for my funnels or marketing processes... making my subscriptions skyrocket in expenses everywhere. Email Marketing and SMS marketing + Voip Calls is challenging to set up with different companies. While with Ligna I have all that and more in one place.

Pros

I have used different all-in-one marketing software; believe me, this is one of the best software out there, as it is a game changer. It's intuitive, super friendly for people who need CRM processes, and has a Funnel Builder, and if you know a little about web design, you can create awesome funnels and websites... Best of all, they constantly listen to their users, updating and adding many features to the software... I recommend it with Eyes Closed... 100% recommended.

Cons

What I don't like is that sometimes it feels overwhelming all the functionalities the platform has, because believe me it has so many that I would have to write a bible of functions here... There are so many functionalities, the problem is not the platform, but your mind of how many business models you could provide with this great ally.

When I tell you to run, I mean run. At first \[sensitive content hidden\] will answer your questions, sell you on a package and make promises that are broken. I signed up for their $297 package which came with a full website design. I was told it would be done Monday or Tuesday of last week. I received no communication, no portal to review but instead I’m chasing them trying to find out when I will get a preview. Days go by and here I am contacting the chat again. This time I got a Google drive link with nothing in it. He said he would look into it and never got back to me. Now it’s been a week since I was supposed to have a previews and SURPRISE crickets!!!! I have requested a refund 3 times and no answer via email or via chat. Big time loser. I will be going through my bank to get a refund because this company is a scam. I wonder how many other people they scammed once they got their money. This is a disgrace and \[sensitive content hidden\] should be ashamed of himself and how he operates his business which will not be open for long.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. The \[sensitive content hidden\] takes your money and then ghosts you.

Cons

No communication, ghosted by Job the \[sensitive content hidden\] . Paid money, said would have website one last week and absolutely have gotten nothing but broken promises.

My experience with this service has been deeply disappointing. Initially, I was hopeful and optimistic about the project. \[sensitive content hidden\], the representative, was incredibly kind and attentive, promptly addressing my numerous questions during the first few days after signing up. However, that initial positivity quickly faded once the promises were made and the payment was processed. Since then, I have been left bewildered and frustrated. Despite my patience and numerous attempts to contact support, I have received no responses. I purchased the "Done for You" agency package, which promised completion within 3 to 7 business days. It has now been over three weeks, and there has been no update or sign of progress. I feel completely abandoned. I managed to have a brief conversation with \[sensitive content hidden\] after persistently sending emails and chat messages. During this conversation, he mentioned being available for a meeting at 11 AM. I agreed to the time, but I never received any confirmation email or details about where the meeting would take place. On the day of the meeting and in the days following, I tried to contact \[sensitive content hidden\] again, but I received no response. Additionally, I reported an issue regarding our inability to use HTML for our email signatures due to a system error. I submitted a ticket for this issue over a month ago, but there has been no progress or update. The lack of communication and support is extremely troubling. This is not the level of customer service I expected, and it is certainly not something I would want to subject my own clients to. Successful businesses need the three P’s: people, process, and product. While Ligna has a great product for a developer like myself, their processes are lacking, and they seem to have very few people available to support their commitments.

Love the product. Although it's still new and still maturing, it's a powerhouse in it's own right.

Pros

Great all around software. Most everything you could need to get started advertising and keeping track of things business wise.

Cons

The learning curve is steep, it has it's own unique way of going about things and is abstract compared to similar softwares.

I like the flexibility the tool has to build the solution you need to bring in and manage contacts and leads.

Cons

Ligna has a steep learning curve with developing some parts of the system. The training is there to help as well as support.

Overall, I am happy I purchased Ligna. I already got more than I expected out of it and think it will only get better with time. I admire the team's dedication in building Ligna and hope to learn more from them on how to use and implement it to grow my business.

Pros

Beautifully designed. The team behind is also very knowledgeable about marketing and sales processes which translates to how they built the modules. Relatively easy to set up if you are already familiar with marketing processes and how to implement your strategies.

Cons

Ligna is still relatively young with growing pains. At the moment, email replies are not tracked yet. We also operate outside the US so hopefully, local Voip lines for our country will be supported but this relies more on their provider.

Ligna is helping me systemise my business with automations, as well as being able to provide extra value to my clients.

Pros

Ligna is a fantastic piece of software with a bagful of features, even tho the system is quite expansive and can be overwhelming at first but isn't that the case with most specialised softwares? I would definitely recommend it for its ability to create sequences which can include email, sms, voice drops. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is always listening to feedback and constantly improving the system I believe Ligna will become a must have for your toolkit.

Cons

Lack of documentation but I believe that is in the works.

Cons

I was an early user of this platform and it initially had several bugs. The team has been able to resolve many of the issues.
