Pros to see the kids Cons their incredibly stupid sign in process, we had been at another school, it would not let me used the same password, that is stupid with a capital S, we all have so many of these accounts so I have 2 usernames (some require email) and 3 passwords depending on the need for security, this is low need for security, they can let me use the same password if I so enter, so I try the low lever password, rejected, maybe the other username (many don't say if it is email, as they should) and that doesn't work, then they make a couple of lame guesses at the problem that is wrong, this is a butt simple application, it should not be made hard to get in, my investment account (high need for security) doesn't do this BS, btw, I did human factors for HP and have 3 patents in the field, these guys are not a bright bunch, this is what they do everyday and this is the best they can do? they even put a minimum for characters in the box=dumb Review source Non-incentivized review: any software user can leave a review for any product listed on our site. It pays for itself within the first 6 months! Pros Live stream camera access which is a selling point for our families, GREAT customer service and the technology is simple and fast Cons I cannot think of any! If we ever have issues, WatchMeGrow customer support takes care of us.
