とにかく勤怠管理が楽になりました。今まで手入力だったため、個別に勤怠をチェックしていたのですが、有給等のチェックだけでそのまま給与計算ソフトに渡せるので、事務作業を大幅に削減できました。

Pros

当社および各部署のルールに沿ってカスタマイズが出る点です。かなり細かくカスタマイズが出来て、当社でやりたいことは全てで来ています。

Cons

基本的な設定がiPad本体で出来ない点が不便です。導入時タブレット間のコピー等が出来ないので、台数が多いと大変です。

毎月費用が掛かるわけではなく、かつかなり安価だったのでとりあえずダメもとで購入してみました。本当に助かっています。

Pros

設計がシンプルで、機能面も使いやすい。また、価格もリーズナブルでランニングコストがかからない点が良い。

Cons

出勤データを印刷する際のスタッフの顔写真表示が少し小さい。

Pros

既存のよくある出退勤の機械も難しいことはないですが、こちらのシステムも出退勤が気軽にできる事は良いと思いました。また間違えた際もボタン1つで済みますが、紙媒体だと打ち直し等が面倒なのでそれらも良いと思います。

Cons

使用者としては良くない点は特にありません。

Pros

出退勤の打刻をするツールとして導入の手軽さが1番の良い点。通常、専用の打刻の機械はそれら以外の使用用途がなくスペースも必要となる。また1人1人の出退勤を押す紙の用意が不要な点も良い。弊社では事務作業の一環としてIpadを導入していたので専用の機械を買う必要もなくアプリをダウンロードするだけで済むのはありがたかった。またカメラ機能が付いているので確実性な出退勤の管理も可能となっている点も評価できる。

Cons

出退勤以外の機能をあまり使えていない点。1番はビデオメッセージ。長所にカメラ機能のおかげで確実性があると記載はしたが、やはり顔写真を写すことが恥ずかしいといった理由で出退勤時顔以外の部分を写す従業員が見られる。なのでなおさらビデオメッセージは使う用途が見受けられなかった。また管理者としても出退勤のみの機能を重視しているので他の機能の操作性、必要性が特に導入時に分かりづらいと感じた。
