Several useful tools combined in one. Pros The cool part is that you get a summary of your e-mails. You can quickly see if it is worth reading everything or not. To me, it was also important to have some kind of tracking system on my mails. I can see if someone opens my e-mail and clicks on links.Additionally it is cool to have an option to make an appointment straight away. Cons The tracking feature also notifies you in case you open your a-mail yourself. Not a big deal, but I have to mention something...
