My overall experience with MELP has been excellent so far. It is a well designed and user friendly platform that makes employee benefit management simple and efficient. What truly sets MELP apart is the team behind it and their strong focus on listening to customers, which ensures that the product continues to evolve in the right direction.

Pros

What stands out the most is the MELP team – incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They truly listen to client needs, regularly collect feedback, and continuously improve the platform based on it. The customer support is exceptionally attentive and quick to respond. The app itself is very user friendly, the web admin platform is convenient to manage, and the reporting is detailed and insightful. The recognition program and survey functionalities also work very well and play an important role in driving employee engagement.

Cons

There are no major drawbacks so far. Occasionally, some features could be expanded further, but the team is consistently improving the product and responding to feedback quickly.

Overall, my experience with MELP has been positive. We primarily use it for internal communication with employees, and I find it very easy to create messages. One limitation is the inability to upload more visual content, which would enhance engagement. It would also be helpful to have more advanced tracking of message readability. On the plus side, the ability to set up automated rules for assigning benefits is very convenient

Pros

What I liked most about MELP was its simplicity of use, clean visual design, and practical functionalities.

Cons

What I liked least about MELP was the complexity of the authentication process. It felt unnecessarily complicated and sometimes slowed down access to the platform.

Overall, my experience with MELP has been positive. The platform is easy to use and makes employee recognition fun and engaging. I especially like how it combines rewards, gift cards, and recognition in one place. However, some discounts require too many steps to claim, which can be a bit inconvenient. Still, it’s a great tool for boosting motivation and improving team culture.

Pros

Customer support is responsive and friendly — they usually reply within a few hours and follow up until the issue is resolved. The colleague recognition program brings a lot of good emotions and really helps people feel valued. It motivates everyone to notice and celebrate each other’s achievements, making the workplace more positive and connected.

Cons

To get some discounts, you have to complete too many steps, including registration and other actions

Pros

From an HR perspective, I save a lot of time by automating manual tasks. I appreciate automation and quick responses, and our team loves that shopping is quick and easy. We also have birthday voucher gifts, so I can relax knowing that nobody will be forgotten! 😄 Another great thing about MELP is their customer support — they’re always there to help and quick to respond.

Cons

he dashboard could run a bit faster, and some steps are a little hard to find or not very user-friendly, but overall it’s a great experience.

The Melp platform is very intuitive - it’s easy to use not only for users but also for administrators. The reporting and inventory management features are also extremely convenient. The support team is amazing - they always resolve issues promptly and clearly explain anything that might be unclear. We highly recommend it!

Pros

Customer Support and Ease of Use. Even when performing new tasks for the first time, it was clear which buttons to press. Nothing but praise for the customer support team.

Cons

That we did not start to use it earlier :) The platform saved us from endless spreadsheets and inaccuracies in product stock levels.

Better than expected! We wanted to distribute some gift vouchers for Christmas which worked flawlessly and added much more to our employees saving our management costs and efforts.

Pros

Ease of distributing flexible benefits to the employees. Also, discounts surprised my org, quite a few employees were happy to get some discounts via MELP.

User interface - quite hard to figure everything out w/o any help.

Everything is going very well and the cooperation has been going on for four months now

Pros

What we liked most about MELP is that it is a real treasure trove of discounts! From groceries to clothes, from entertainment to travel, there are plenty of great deals to help you save money. It's also great to see that the app is so simple and easy to use. The navigation is clear and everything is easy to understand, so even an inexperienced user can quickly find the information or discount they need. In addition, the information provided by the MELP app is comprehensive and clear. For each discount, there is a detailed description, conditions and other relevant information, so that the user can easily assess whether the offer is of real benefit to them. MELP is the perfect choice for those who want to save money and get useful discounts. We recommend that you try it out! While Melp programs in the motivational part, we can get to know and appreciate our colleagues more, that then brings good work results and encourages cooperation between colleagues.
