We primarily use it for internal communication with employees, and I find it very easy to create messages. One limitation is the inability to upload more visual content, which would enhance engagement. It would also be helpful to have more advanced tracking of message readability. On the plus side, the ability to set up automated rules for assigning benefits is very convenient Pros What I liked most about MELP was its simplicity of use, clean visual design, and practical functionalities. I appreciate automation and quick responses, and our team loves that shopping is quick and easy. We also have birthday voucher gifts, so I can relax knowing that nobody will be forgotten! 😄 Another great thing about MELP is their customer support — they’re always there to help and quick to respond. Cons he dashboard could run a bit faster, and some steps are a little hard to find or not very user-friendly, but overall it’s a great experience. It is a well designed and user friendly platform that makes employee benefit management simple and efficient. What truly sets MELP apart is the team behind it and their strong focus on listening to customers, which ensures that the product continues to evolve in the right direction. Pros What stands out the most is the MELP team – incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They truly listen to client needs, regularly collect feedback, and continuously improve the platform based on it. The customer support is exceptionally attentive and quick to respond. The app itself is very user friendly, the web admin platform is convenient to manage, and the reporting is detailed and insightful. The recognition program and survey functionalities also work very well and play an important role in driving employee engagement. Cons There are no major drawbacks so far. Pros Melp made benefits management easier and more user friendly. One of the biggest advantages of using Melp is that everything is in one place, the navigation, user interface is easily comprehendible and eye catching. Recognition function is what makes Melp stand out from other local suppliers too and helps companies to enforce their corporate values and build a better company culture. Another big advantage is partner discounts, which are being renewed from time to time and is really appreciated by a lot of employees. Cons Downside is that only mobile version is available. Recognition function also lacks some functionalities, for example ability to give points by choosing the amount yourself instead of choosing from a list. No ability to sell company goods for points to company employees. We wanted to distribute some gift vouchers for Christmas which worked flawlessly and added much more to our employees saving our management costs and efforts. Pros Ease of distributing flexible benefits to the employees. Also, discounts surprised my org, quite a few employees were happy to get some discounts via MELP. To achieve this goal, we decided to choose the MELP employee benefits management platform. One of the most important criteria for choosing the platform was the use of a mobile application on the phone. Most of our employees are store workers, so the mobile application makes it easier and more convenient to reach them - they only need to have a mobile phone. All employees can see their provided benefits, their descriptions, and conditions in one place at any time, which is extremely convenient. Additionally, the MELP platform provides the opportunity for individual additional benefit selection from the marketplace, where employees can choose the most desired product or service from a wide list of partners. This way, we can individualize benefits and provide each person with the freedom to choose according to their needs. We use the MELP platform for disseminating employee information and communication: we inform the team about new colleagues joining, upcoming birthdays, training sessions, and other personnel-related information. Having all the provided additional benefits visible in one place not only strengthens our image as an employer but also allows employees to see the entire package of privileges and benefits and their value, which provides more confidence, clarity, and motivation from the company's side. We are happy to have chosen the MELP platform and sincerely recommend it to other companies that want to be original, interactive, and modern.
