Pros

  • The app’s design is modern and visually appealing. Overall, the service has been excellent and I hope it continues to improve in the future.

  • Hopefully, the price will still be affordable moving forward, and the service will improve immensely from time to time.

  • Worksy helps us to improve our monitoring on attendance as part of Company objective to inculcate culture of excellence. The tool is user-friendly as it is accessible by phone devices.

Cons

  • We are still having issues with the Figure Take On, therefore having inconsistent PCB figures that is very confusing. This made it difficult for us to proceed with the tax payment to LHDN.

  • The system sometimes problem after I edited employee's leave and need to relog for the result.

  • The process for solving/ asking the problem it's take time as it use ticket.

  • HARD TO SETUP AND IMPLEMENT. DIFERRENT FEATURES ON ANDROID AND IPHONE.

Cons: Only ticketing ways to communicate with customer support. Don't have apps for iPhone users Don't have separate account admin and employees. Which is admin can't see what employees see (need to ask employees to use their account).

"Worksy app from HOMA2u"

Overall: So far i find the apps really help to monitor staff attendance and ease my difficulties to submit payroll

Pros: The features and the location tracker for attendance

Cons: loading when i want to go to another things, eg: from attendance to payroll

"Worksy App Implementation in Casemix Solutions Sdn Bhd"

Overall: Overall positive. Hopefully, the price will still be affordable moving forward, and the service will improve immensely from time to time.

Pros: The service provided by the Lightman team was adequate and exceptional, effectively kick- starting our HR system implementation and serving as a solid foundation for our company’s expansion. Ms Ain led my team and my HR employee worked closely with her to understand and utilize the system. Although the Worksy app needed a steeper learning curve when it came to using it, the Lightman team thoroughly assisted us in navigating it, one module/function at a time. We appreciate the team’s effort and dedication in helping overcome the obstacles and issues we faced over the past few months. Moreover, the price point for this Worksy app is by far the most affordable among other options we encountered. The app’s design is modern and visually appealing. Overall, the service has been excellent and I hope it continues to improve in the future. I highly recommend the Lightman team and its Worksy app for companies seeking to expand and effectively manage their human capital needs.

Cons: The system needs quite a learning curve on how to use them properly. We are still having issues with the Figure Take On, therefore having inconsistent PCB figures that is very confusing. This made it difficult for us to proceed with the tax payment to LHDN. Hopefully, it can be solved ASAP. Also, for the statutory payment, we also need to deal with that because the format from Worksy is not compatible with the ones for the bank, hence, we cannot make bulk payment via our bank. We look forward for this to work soon.

"Feedback as user"

Pros: Worksy helps us to improve our monitoring on attendance as part of Company objective to inculcate culture of excellence. The tool is user-friendly as it is accessible by phone devices. We have good support from implementer team which helps us during the implementation till we go live.

Cons: It is quite interesting as it is a new system for attendance but still in R&D. The process for solving/ asking the problem it's take time as it use ticket. Much better, we liaise directly call with customer services for resolve the problem.

Overall: overall, very good and the service also excellent

Pros: very satisfied and effective. the system helps me a lot to keep all the data and manage payroll easily
