I think this works fine to backup our important files as a second form of security, but it is not my favorite solution. Pros I have our critical customer files being constantly backed up and updated, and the software makes it very easy to keep up with those changes and see when previous updates were - just in case we accidentally delete something! Cons It has a hard time keeping up with the updates and always says it is still trying to do all of my files at essentially one time and crashing itself out.
