Produto de fácil instalação e com bons resultados nos monitoramentos, principalmente no que se diz respeito de softwares e sites utilizados pelos usuários.

Cons

Ausência de alguns recursos como monitoramento de tráfego via portas usb e sites navegados via aba anônima.

Pros

A representação visual do ponto eletrônico ao qual o Monitoo oferece em sua visão no menu facilita muito verificar quem de fato esta cumprindo sua carga de trabalho de forma correta. Junto a utilização dos softwares presentes na máquina com o endpoint torna a análise de produtividade muito mais fácil.

Cons

Acredito que a dificuldade maior seja no começo do processo de pegar costume junto ao software e ao o que ele oferece. Encaixar nas rotinas e validar os valores mostrados junto a carga de trabalho dos usuários. Porém trata-se de uma questão que o tempo consegue lhe acostumar de forma tranquila.

Somos uma instituição que presta serviços financeiros, por isso, segurança é uma necessidade fundamental para nós e, ao mesmo tempo que tínhamos uma necessidade e desejo de implantarmos um regime de home office para alguns colaboradores, tínhamos o receio em não termos controle ou ciência exata do que os mesmos estariam fazendo em suas casas durante o horário do expediente. Essa ferramenta nos ajudou a sanar esse problema, pois hoje, conseguindo, sem ferirmos a privacidade dos nossos colaboradores, saber como ele está gastando seu tempo de trabalho em casa durante o expediente e sabermos se não está acessando programas e sites improdutivos e seguros que não fazem parte do seu escopo de trabalho.

Pros

Simples, objetivo, de fácil implantação, ótimo custo benefício (preço muito atraente por tudo o que entrega). Ajuda muito no controle de produtividade e segurança da empresa em relação aos funcionários trabalhando em regime de home office

Cons

Até o momento, nada.Por enquanto, estou gostando de todas ferramentas disponibilizadas.

Pros

Fácil de instalar, leve nos endpoints, possibilita alguns controles além do monitoramento, permite ajustes de categorias de sites e programas, de acordo com nossas necessidades, oferece visões estratégicas e gerenciais das atividades dos profissionais

Cons

Em uma quantidade pequena de equipamentos apresentou alguns problemas para instalação e alguma instabilidade.

Cumpre com o prometido, gera relatórios de produtividade e realiza bloqueios de sites

Cons

Dificuldade para instalação e remoção dos clientes, poderia ser de forma mais automatizada.Os relatórios de tempo ocioso não levam em consideração atividades que o usuário se ausenta do computador por tempo prolongado, ex: Técnico em Suporte e outros.

Experiencia está sendo muito boa, o Monitto nos possbilitou a flexibilização da modalidade híbrida e está satisfeito com as funcionalidades e o resultado que a ferramento nos proporciona.

Tudo rsrsrsrs... Mas a Ana´lise de atividaee foi o que mais chamou minha atenção, com uma análise simples já conseguimos identofocar os programas mais acessados.

Cons

Nada a declaração, acho que a plataforma está desenvolvendo a cada dia e a melhoria está sendo contante, apesar das instabilidades, entendemos que é por conta de disponibiliziação de melhorias.

É fácil de utilizar e os dados são bastante claros. Em poucos cliques você obtém dados valiosos e consegue cadastrar novos membros com facilidade. Até o momento o suporte foi muito bom e extremamente atencioso e solícito.

A simplicidade da utilização do software, desde a instalação, configuração e a utilização do mesmo, apresenta uma interface bem lima e intuitiva além de dashboards e relatórios de todas suas funcionalidades.

Cons

Deveria ter mais opções de parametrização dos recursos do software, muitos são fixos e impossibilidades de alterar.
