ログイン、リモートコントロールまでの手順が簡単で、どのスタッフでも安心して使用できる点。

Cons

まれに、AnyClutchの影響で、操作元で他タブとの切り替えがうまくいかない事象が生ずるため、その際には一度遠隔操作を終了しなければならない点（しかし、頻度は多くないためストレスは小さいです）。

機器の入れ替えのコストがかからないため、簡単に始めることができる上に利便性も高く使いやすい

Pros

機器の入れ替えも不要で現状の環境を活かしつつ、テレワークを実現可能な点

Cons

放置時間が短い時でも自動ログアウトになる時があり少しストレスに感じる時がある。

とにかくリモートワーク等での作業ではどれだけ安定してリモート操作ができるかにかかってくるのでそういった意味ではAnyClutch Remoteは十分にその役割を果たしてくれています。

Pros

その他いくつかのリモート操作ソフトを利用していますが、一番安定して利用できるのがAnyClutch Remoteですね。例えば日本語モード切り替え一つにしても他の製品はホスト側とゲスト側がどちらも切り替わったりして日本語入力にスムーズに移行できなかったりしますが、AnyClutch Remoteではそうった煩わしいことにあったことが無いように思います。また、インターネットが低速であった場合でも比較的安定してリモート操作できるのもAnyClutch Remoteかなと思います。

Cons

基本的にはリモート操作が円滑に出来れば事足りることが多いのであまり不足であることを感じたことは無いですが、しいて言うならOTPがGoogle認証システム以外にも対応いただけると助かるという感じです。

外出先での仕事がはかどるようになり、リアルタイムの情報が共有しやすくなった。

Pros

いつでもどこでも必要なデータを確認することができ、個人情報を持ち歩いているパソコンに残さずできるため安全である。

Cons

電波が不安定だと何度も承認プロセスが必要となる。

まだまだ出社しないとできない仕事は多くありますが、会社パソコン遠隔でログインできるのは業務効率化の上で大きなメリットだといえると思います。

Pros

会社のパソコンの電源さえ入っていれば、パスワードを入れるだけで、自宅にいても会社のパソコンで仕事ができるので、在宅勤務の際は非常に助かっています。本当に会社のパソコンと同じ画面が自分のパソコンに表示されるので、不便なく新しい操作なども必要なく使えます。

Cons

良い意味でも悪い意味でも機能が少なくシンプルです。オプションでできる設定はあまりないのです。

Pros

出社しないと操作できない会社に1台しかなかったパソコンを操作できるのはとても便利だと思います。これでテレワークのときにはできなくてあきらめていた業務が行えて、非常に助かっています。導入してくれて感謝です。

Cons

(使っているパソコン側の問題かもしれないですが…)画質が少し荒くなってしまうのが気になります。高画質のまま利用できたらもっと便利になるのに…！と感じます。

電源との連携も加味されており痒い所に手が届く製品と思った。

Pros

コロナ前から製品を開発しており、いろんな改善をされているソフトだと思う。顧客のところでトラブルがある時にわざわざ現場に行かなくても、リモートコントロールで問題を解決できる。また、リモートコントロールによるトレーニングにも役に立つ。

Cons

他システムとの連携は実環境で使用してみないとわからない。確実な動きを確認する為メーカーからの体験版を利用した上で採用する必要がある。

事務所へ来る必要がなく時間を節約できています。

Pros

ちょっとした作業を事務所に来なくても自宅からでもメインコンピューター上で作業できるので、自宅のパソコンにはないソフトでの作業ができたり、データの保存など１つのパソコンで行え連続性が保てます。

Cons

Anycluchのウィンドウが消えたのはよかったです、それがあった時は紛らわしいかった。2画面に対応（メインも２画面でサブも２画面ならサブも２画面になる）してくれればもっとよいと思います。

Pros

自宅のネット環境が良くない場合でも、切れる事もなく使用できるので大変気に入っています。
