最初は煩わしいツールかと思いましたが、使い続けるに伴いWISE Alertに助けられる場面が多く出てきており、当初のイメージとは異なり、感謝しております。

Pros

WISE Alertを導入する前は、送信ミスや添付漏れなどを発生しており、再送の手間だけでなく士気の低減にもつながっておりました。WISE Alert導入後は明示的に送信先のアドレスや添付ファイルの確認ができるため、最後の砦として重宝しております。また、添付ファイルの暗号化も自動でしてくれるばかりか、暗号化パスワードを連絡するメールも作成してくれるため、パスワードの作成や連絡メールの作成も不要となりました。さらに、送信までにワンクッションおいてくれるため、メール内容についてあとから問題に気づいた場合も修正が可能な点がうれしいです。メール送信に関わる最期の砦として、重宝しております。

Cons

宛先が多い場合に、ある程度は自動で次の項目に動きますが、チェックするためにスライドバーをいじる必要があり、確認時のチェック方法をもう少し利便性よくなればいいと思いました。

当初は誤送信防止の対策ツールとして導入したが、最近は受信対策（不審メール対策）にも力を注いでいて、総合的なメール対策ソリューションという印象。新機能が追加されても難しいことはなく、ユーザビリティは損なわれることなく使えることに好感が持てる。

Pros

送信時にアラートを表示させ、それぞれの項目でチェックを入れさせることで、指さし確認を確実に行わせるところ。複雑な操作なしにシンプルにチェックが可能。

Cons

新機能も順次追加されているので、改善してほしい点は弊社としては特にない。

弊社利用メーラーである Outlook のアドインとして使え、使い勝手が良かったため。

メール誤送信事案が全体で三分の一程度に低減していると思う。

Pros

メール誤送信対策として有効である。また細かい機能の取捨選択が可能であり、利用者の状況に応じた使い方が可能である。

Cons

必ず同じパターンで警告を出すので、利用者の注意喚起を引き出すため何かしら工夫があるとよい。

メールの宛先間違え、タイトル記載漏れ、添付漏れ、日常業務の中で起こる様々な課題が解決できた。インストールやログ確認など管理の手間もほとんどなく、とても運用しやすい。

Pros

ユーザーに負荷のないシンプルな操作で、送信時にわかりやすい画面で宛先をチェックでき、メール誤送信を防ぐことができる。

Cons

必要最低限の機能は備えており、不要な機能はオフにすることができるのでとくにない。

業務上、個人情報を行政とやり取りするため誤送信が許されません。そのため誤送信防止機能は個人情報保護の上で非常に役に立っております。また導入後、職員の情報リテラシーが向上し、メール以外の場でも情報セキュリティを意識するようになりました。今のところ問題なく使えており、今後のアップデートにも期待しております。

Pros

添付ファイルの暗号化とパスワードメールの自動生成は外部との情報共有に重宝しております。操作もシンプルな為、スムーズに導入することができました。今のところ相手先との間でトラブルなく使えています。

Cons

特にありません。強いて言えば、デフォルトの設定で「送信待ち時間」が10分に設定されている点です。稀に職員が初期設定をした際に変更し忘れ、メールが送信できないという相談が来ます。

ユーザインタフェースがアウトルックよりもダサく、フォントも色も原色すぎて毎回ゲンナリしてします。

当初はメール誤送信対策で選んだものの、気が付いたら、不審な受信メールでないかの注意を促してくれる機能にも助けられて、満足しています。

Pros

ローカルにインストールできる（SaaSでない）ところ。エディションによるが、設定を集中管理できるところ。PPAPにも対応しつつ、OneDriveやBOXに対応しているところ。ドメインを指定して送信Alert画面をSkipできるところ。受信メールも、一定の条件で不審メールでないか注意を促してくれるところ。英語／簡体中文／繁体中文にも対応できるところ。

Cons

多機能はありがたいが、結局、設定を複雑にしている。（ジレンマですね）アップデート時に設定を引き継げない？引き継げる？わかりにくい。

様々なパターンのアラートを選択することができるため、その企業にあった対策が可能であるため、ユーザーにほとんど負担をかけずに、PCからの誤送信をほぼほぼ防止できるかと思います。ただiPhoneに対応してないので、そちらも対策したい人は同社の365Alertの検討を（価格が上がりますけど）。

Pros

誤送信防止機能が強力で、ユーザーに負担を掛けず、かつ安い。

Cons

iPhoneのアウトルックからの送信に対応しておらず、そちらも対策するなら別のソフトを導入する必要がある。

社内のメールトラブルは激減しています。ＰＰＡＰ対策（送信先アドレスの再入力）にもなり良かったです。

Pros

当社では、部門毎に設定を変えて使用しています。「社外へのメール送信が多い部門」「社外からのメール受信が多い部門」「添付ファイルを社外へ送信する部門」使い勝手を考慮した使い方が出来たことが良かったです。もちろん、安価で容易に導入ができたことも満足しています。

Cons

受信Alertの判断基準が分からなく、うまく利用ができていません。

機能は十分であり、不具合等の連絡もなく安定して使えている。ファイル送付は近年ＺＩＰでは受領できない取引先も増えているので、クラウド経由の送付が自動でできる仕組みまであると助かる。

Pros

必要十分な機能があり、動作が安定している。

Cons

強いて言えばＵＩのデザインでしょうか。特に思い当たるところはありません。

Outlookにアドイン形式で追加される、スタンダードなメール誤送信対策ツール。ライセンスキーや設定などを予め決めた状態で社内に展開できるなど、管理者としては有難い機能も揃っている。最近ではクラウドサービスとの連携機能も搭載されており、これも活用できるとより業務がスムーズになるだろう。

Pros

細かいアップデートが頻繁に繰り返されており、痒いところにもどんどん手が届くようになっている。

Cons

以前はアドインがフリーズしてOulook側から自動無効化されることがあったが、バージョンアップを繰り返して最近ではほぼ無くなっている。

Reasons for choosing WISE Alert

代替製品が製品仕様の関係上、複数Windowsユーザーを切り替えた際に正常動作しなかったため。

Pros

仕事柄、普段使いのメーラーはOutlookではないのですが、どうしてもファイルのやりとりでメール添付方式とストレージへのアップロード方式を使い分けなくてはならず、色々なソフトを検討した結果、WISE Alertを導入してファイル送信がとても楽になりました。送信時の誤送信機能も良いですが、一番は「ファイルの暗号化添付」と「OneDriveへのファイル共有」が簡単に切り替えられ、その設定も簡単で、かつ暗号化情報も任意に保存可能なので本当に助かります。

Cons

「OneDrive」へファイル共有した際、自動的にメールに格納先リンクが挿入されますが、挿入された文字フォントがOutlookで設定したフォントで入らないのが気になりますが、他に気になることはありません。

Pros

グループ会社でo365を採用しており、個社でのメールセキュリティ対策が課題でした。クライアントタイプで、添付ファイルのセキュリティ対策が個別に対応できる製品でしたので、弊社では大変マッチした製品で満足しております。

Cons

webメール対応版が別ライセンスとなったため、少々残念でした。製品の機能等で短所は、特にないです。

PPAP廃止の日本の動きに対して、まだ対応が出来ていない中小企業が数多くあります。Emotet等の猛威を奮った期間においても入れ替えが出来ていない企業に対しては、今後もZIP暗号化送信の選択肢は必要だと考えており、継続して利用していきたいと考えています。

Pros

自動暗号化による誤送信防止をユーザーインターフェースに大きな変更無く実装が可能なため、ユーザー側が意識せずに暗号化によるファイル送信が行える。

Cons

管理者側に必要な予備知識が多い印象があります。動画や初期設定時のユーザーインターフェースフォローがあると親切だなと思いました。

送信待ち時間設定のおかげで、送信してから急に思い出したりしたことがあると書き直しができるのが助かっている。うっかり件名なしもなくなった。

導入が起因するトラブルは無く、またユーザーの添付ファイルへのパスワード化が常態化したことで情報管理の意識向上に繋がっている。

Pros

管理者として、社員のメール設定を容易に一元化し管理できることで、誤送防止に繋げられます。またユーザーとして、管理者が設定した内容に沿って使用することで、操作が容易に、且つ正しくメール管理が出来きます。

Cons

バージョンのアップデートの頻度は多くありませんが、それでも個々のユーザーが更新を怠ることがあり、古いバージョンのまま利用する場合があるため、注意が必要な点。

Pros

メール送信時のポップアップ画面は、ユーザーは直感的に扱うことが出来ます。

Cons

バージョンアップの際、管理側とユーザー側とバージョン番号を合わせることに意識しないといけないので、その点がもう少し簡易的であると助かります。

当社ではメールの誤送信が散見されていましたが、WISE Alertを導入してから誤送信が激減しました。

Pros

WISE Alertの良い点は、まず導入が圧倒的に容易である点です。一方で大規模な企業などにも導入するための手段も用意されています。また、主たる機能であるメール誤送信防止については、日常的にメールをやり取りする相手には弱めのチェックを、そうでない相手には重厚なチェックを行うことなど柔軟に運用できます。

Cons

不足していると思っている点は、どうしても慣れが出てきてしまう点です。この点は人が人である以上どうしようもないとは思いますが。。。

Pros

メール誤送信防止および添付ファイルの暗号化に活用しています。メール業務にて頻度の多いメール誤送信防止防止用のポップアップや、ファイル暗号化と送信の機能で不具合や処理遅延などが無いため、安定していると言えます。Outlookメールを使っていますが違和感のない操作性と感じます。

Cons

メール誤送信防止のポップアップなどをカスタマイズできると良いと感じる。表示の仕方、表示サイズなど。

誤作動もなく、非常に軽くて使いやすいです。

Cons
