Overall, it was a great experience and is currently recommending to other business partners and clients.

Pros

Very user friendly and \[sensitive content hidden\], their representative was very responsive and helpful. She always make sure that we are taken care of.

Cons

I hope they can make the SMS more accessible. Improve the SMS feature on the website. Maybe add and inbox there just like any other messaging platform where you can reply to the text right away and not navigate to other tabs just to send a text.

Good, small company, with very good, attentive staff. Prices can be negotiated if you give a good volume and work with them for a long time. Reliable products and system.

Pros

I like the opportunity to talk directly with my manager and solve any problems. And it happens very quickly. They are very flexible, you can call the messenger, maybe not all clients, but only large ones, but it is good and convenient for a quick solution.

Cons

In the past two years, there were some problems with destinations in the Middle East and Asia, because they changed their suppliers very fundamentally. Everything seems to be fine now.

Reasons for choosing Freezvon

with the previous supplier, I often waited for a response for 1-2 days, I did not have direct contact, but only the ticket system and my problems were solved for a very long time, although the prices were cheaper. When it's cheap and doesn't work, it's too bad, I lost money there.
