It gets the job done for simple backups, but it feels a bit basic for something tied to Workspace. It’s reliable enough, just not the most flexible or user-friendly option out there. Pros It does the basics well. It’s automatic, reliable, and gives some peace of mind knowing my files and emails aren’t going to vanish. Once it’s set up, it mostly stays out of the way. Cons The setup isn’t as clear as it should be, and it feels limited compared to other backup tools. Some features are buried, and it’s not always obvious what’s being backed up until you go looking. So far, I find it to be highly effective. After several tests of its functionalities (backup, restoration, etc.), I believe it is a very powerful tool. Pros I highly value its ease of use and effectiveness in managing backup and restoration processes. I also particularly appreciated the speed at which it could be deployed for our Google Workspace backup. Cons Regarding the backup audit, I find that it doesn't provide enough information about the backup failures. Pros It is very easy to use, the email backup is brilliant, and when I had an issue the customer service was very efficient Cons My Drive backup is "un-ordered" when I try and retrieve a file. ie the folder structure that I see on my PC is not replicated. This makes items I want to restore very hard to find. Highly recommend this solution for any SMB. Pros Cloud Align is an affordable, flexible, and easy-to-set-up-and-manage solution to back up my Google Workspace. I like the fact that I can manage different organizations in the same account and also let the possibility for an SMB like mine to be able to manage without the need of any MSP. Cons Depending on your backup setup, you have to check to make sure your subscription fees don't go too high. Switched from [Backupify](https://www.capterra.com/p/213199/Backupify/) I had a problem with Backupify, and the support was horrible. They were not able to fix my issue. Pros Easy to set up and use.The customer service is super reactive and efficient. Cons Some search criteria are lacking when I want to retrieve datas (search deleted items by date for exemple).
