Highly recommend this solution for any SMB. Pros Cloud Align is an affordable, flexible, and easy-to-set-up-and-manage solution to back up my Google Workspace. I like the fact that I can manage different organizations in the same account and also let the possibility for an SMB like mine to be able to manage without the need of any MSP. Cons Depending on your backup setup, you have to check to make sure your subscription fees don't go too high. Pros It does the basics well. It’s automatic, reliable, and gives some peace of mind knowing my files and emails aren’t going to vanish. Once it’s set up, it mostly stays out of the way. Cons The setup isn’t as clear as it should be, and it feels limited compared to other backup tools. Some features are buried, and it’s not always obvious what’s being backed up until you go looking. So far, I find it to be highly effective. After several tests of its functionalities (backup, restoration, etc.), I believe it is a very powerful tool. Pros I highly value its ease of use and effectiveness in managing backup and restoration processes. I also particularly appreciated the speed at which it could be deployed for our Google Workspace backup. Pros It is very easy to use, the email backup is brilliant, and when I had an issue the customer service was very efficient Cons My Drive backup is "un-ordered" when I try and retrieve a file. ie the folder structure that I see on my PC is not replicated.
