Resource Manager helps me manage my team's resources and workloads, as well as track project progress. I'm able to easily assign resources to tasks, plan project timelines, and create reports. The software also allows me to view my team's utilization and availability, which helps me better understand how to allocate resources and make scheduling decisions.Resource Manager has allowed me to streamline my project management processes, and has given me the ability to easily track resources and project progress. It has saved me a lot of time and effort in managing my team's resources, and I've been able to get more accurate and timely information about projects and tasks. Additionally, I've been able to identify areas of improvement and take corrective action quickly and easily. Overall, Resource Manager has been a major help to me in managing my team's resources and workloads. Pros I liked that VirtoResource Manager was easy to use and had a well-designed user interface. It was also easy to integrate with our existing business processes and the features were very impactful. It allowed us to easily track and manage our resources, assign tasks to team members, and monitor projects. The reporting features were also very helpful in giving us an overview of the progress of our projects and resources. Additionally, the software had a library of templates to help us quickly set up projects and tasks. Overall, VirtoResource Manager was a great tool for managing our resources and projects. Cons One of the cons of VirtoSoftware Resource Manager is that it lacks some of the advanced features of other resource management software, such as budgeting, forecasting, and project tracking. While the basic features of resource management are present, the more complex aspects of resource management are missing. Additionally, while the user interface is fairly intuitive, some areas could be improved, such as customization and navigation.
