It's a pleasure to work with such a partner. Together with the customer, we are planning the next stages of developing the functionality, using the solution in other processes. Since it has proved to be very useful and effective, the customer's staff and customers enjoy using it

our customer, a large bank in Ukraine, wanted to offer the bank's customers another channel of communication in the contact center - video calls.Smiddle professionally approached the task, offered options, his analysts, project and product managers took part in the discussion. The Customer had custom wishes, so we jointly developed the terms of reference. Smiddle agreed to make changes according to the wishes of the customer. In the process of cooperation, the Smiddle team was attentive to details, listened to comments, and promptly responded to requests and comments.The Smiddle solution allowed our Customer's Clients to initiate a video call from a mobile application to a Cisco contact center operator using virtual rooms of the Cisco Webex solution. At the same time, the operator can receive a call both in the interface of the contact center and in the CRM interface.

Cons

The solution has been working stably for over a year now, no problems.
