In my field, sometimes work can be overwhelming but Clovine has eased it for me. Am able to manage all my duties. Tick the completed once and follow up on them as well as clearly schedule date and time for the undone. This has greatly improved my preparedness ,efficiency and productivity. It has finnessed my reporting skills through the gantt charts. I can now resonate with with the adage, " proper preparation equals perfect performance" Pros My line of duty mostly involves working outside the main office due to farm visits to my clients and sometimes even government initiatives which probe me to work in the NorthEastern Kenya. This is where Clovine comes in handy for me. I use it in managing my tasks in such a way that it helps me keep an eye on finished tasks and farmers attended to as well as outrightly scheduled tasks which has ensured no task is left undone and Iam prepare me for the tasks iam needed to do in the future. Also has helped me keep good records on the medicine and injectables I use in every veterinary rotation making it easy to reference when restocking. Collaboration with fellow veterinarians is manageable with Clovine to ensure that specific routes are delegated to individual veterinarian to eradicate the issue of repetitive rotations thus an organized flow of events which has had an upper hand in the ticking of our overall service target as a company. The gantt chart feature has been of great use in depiction and follow up of all our rotation scheduling. Reporting to my employer in such a way that they can trace the start and finish date of every task undertaken as well as resources used and dependencies has been a plus for me.
