La qualité du directe , le live est en instantané sans latence.Équipe très pro et réactive.Le tarif peu coûteux.La possibilité de personnaliser nos événements.

Cons

Pas de barre de recherche pour accéder directement au produit pandant le live et avant le live pour préparer l avènement.Absence d une modération.

C'est un nouvel canal de communication interactif très simple d'utilisation et qui nous permet d'aller chercher de la croissance et d'atteindre de nouveaux clients.

Pros

Il faut le temps de se l'approprier et tout devient plus simple et efficace.

Cons

Il manque un retour de stats complet lors du LIVE et du replay mais cela va arriver.

Les lives shopping deviennent enfin simples à créer : Live Me Up propose une solution simple à installer, facile a administrer et à surtout à utiliser.

Cons

En cas d'utilisation de plusieurs micros HF, un micro prends le dessus par rapport aux autres et engendre une légère désynchronisation mais le problème ne se pause pas en cas d'utilisation d'un seul micro

Pros

Nous avons fortement apprécié la proximité que nous avons eu avec les équipes de Live Me Up pour la définition de notre projet, l'accompagnement qu'ils ont pu nous proposer lors du paramétrage de la solution mais également les retours et recommandations qui nous sont faites après chaque live shopping. Le logiciel est simple d'utilisation, tant via le backoffice pour les équipes internes que la solution en ligne proposé aux internautes pour nos sessions de live shopping. Ce logiciel va nous permettre de développer j'en suis sûr, un nouveau canal de vente au plus proche des besoins de nos clients !

Cons

Nous aurions aimé pouvoir tracker plus facilement les ventes réalisées depuis un live shopping dans le backoffice du logiciel Live Me Up. Toutefois, après un échange avec les équipes chez eux, il semble que cette fonctionnalité arrive prochainement pour avoir une vision statistique plus développée. Il n'y aura après ça plus aucun point faible.

Il me faudrait une 2e caméra pour zoomer sur mes gestes de pâtissière, mais c'est en cours de dev chez LIVE ME UP pour 2023, donc mon besoin est en plus pris en compte. Bravo
