Head of Health & Safety and Compliance Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Use your Intuition Use Intuety" July 10, 2023 4.0 A really attractive feature with uniform presentation of documents, cutting my review times drastically by more than 80%. The support team are very responsive, with most issues usually sorted within 30 minutes during office hours. Pros I have used other RAMs software in the past but never one that scans the document, and makes suggestions. It has taken my average review time from an average 1.5 Hours to just 15 minutes. This gives me more time to attend to other tasks to improve the standards set, and really does mean continual improvement. It is simple to onboard and the layout is easy to understand.A really attractive feature is ensuring an uniform presentation of documents, i hope the days of fancy presentations are over with a great nuts and bolts presentation Cons I would like certain integrations, I cannot say anymore but a negative is a positive, as i know the team are already looking on how it could be done. Reason for choosing Intuety The relationship developed over two years, no hard sell from the sales team at various busy functions, until we actually found the time to understand what the system did. The demeanour of the guys is friendly and patient, I would almost describe the meetings up by likening it to an extended family gathering. Always a story to tell and a relaxed experiance. Pros they are very helpful and response is very quick. Feedback on the trail was given to the Intuety team. The AI function of the system worked very well indeed, and it was generally easy to use. I would add that the Intuety customer support was very good. Pros Intuety applies AI functionality to RAMS and suggests changes / improvements to the content of method statements and risk assessments based on HSE and industry guidance and lessons learnt Cons The software applies the AI function well but could be improved for use on a construction project by applying key document controls within the system such as revision control, up rev control etc. Review Source Response from Intuety October 25, 2022 Quality and document control is a priority of Intuety, just recently we have made a significant upgrade to our commenting and reviewal functions to ensure a complete detailed audit trail is present. As Admin I able to create new users and approvers whilst removing ex-employers with ease. Support team are always on hand and can normally provide a solution within 24 hours. Cons At the minute, each client has its own its own login, would like to be able to send documents to another client using only one login. Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with professionally and promptly. Pros \- It improves our RAM's quality and process. - The ability to file and track amendments. - All RAMS within one location. Cons The only real issue has been with the deployment.
