It's has been a very useful learning platform: My experience has been mostly positive as I completed all of my training

Pros

What I liked most is how easy it is to access training on Access Evo. It would be nice to have email reminders when training is overdue. Is this something we can change in the future with support? As extra feedback I would like to add cyber security awareness training onto Access Evo, I might be the one hosting the training as I just completed cyber security training:

Cons

We do not always receive email reminders about our training: We should be able to contact support if we have any concerns about how to use AV Access Evo does not work the same on the mobile app; some Team Leaders and other staff are assuming it would be easier for Support Workers to do their training on a Smartphone. We are looking tonot getting Android tablets for staff, which will be compatible with both the Evo Access app and the browser version so that staff have a choice on how to use it.

It has been brilliant, the people at SK are wonderful to work with and very helpful in their approach to staff training.

Pros

The ease of the system. It is easy to navigate and and great tool to organise training accordingly. I especially love the dashboard as it allows a great overview of the training within the company.

Cons

The only thing I would say it would be nice to improve would be the way to re-enrol people onto the SK bundle course, as at the moment as an admin you have to re-enroll each course individually, but this is certainly only a small point to mention.

The variety of courses available are good and the content is easy to understand but plentiful to cover all of the topics

I like that I can add my own eLearnings onto it. Reporting is a bit confusing for me but then I haven't dedicated much time to it

Pros

Value for money, and the resources available in the library are good. The content is a good mix of reading and videos, with questions in between to continually check knowledge, but then coupled with an assessment at the end

Cons

No great for when I have to regularly add and delete new starters and leavers regularly. All related to the licences and how they get reused after a certain time period of when someone leaves

Experience is continuously improving. LMS has a lot of potential, however at times feels as if the number of releases in one go was quite a lot so you don't get a chance to understand and embed. A lot of learning is by playing around which is good but when you have a time sensitive task it can be difficult. The support when you raise a case is comforting.

Pros

The library is extensive and covers most topics. The changes made within LMS EVO provide a high level of oversight at a snap shot. Case support has improved and communication for the most part is clear with the issue resolved in a timely manner.

Cons

The system appears to have great reporting functions, however it can be quite complicated. Although there are how to guides, it can be difficult to identify the right one to support due to not understanding all the capabilities of the reporting function in the first instance.

LMS Evo is an excellent product and for the end user it has a good interface. The mobile app is ok and has in the past been problematic but recent versions seem to now be a lot more stable.

Pros

New interface has made LMS feel more modern. I also like the functionality and ability to manage people's training while they also have a degree of control also. The support from the training team is excellent and I learned a lot of new things from my recent training.

Cons

There were some controls that can cause chaos if you are not 100% confident of what you are doing in the background. After some excellent training, I have a better understanding of the the issues we were having and now they are no longer an issue. Sometimes getting through to Access support on the phone can sometimes be a bit of a mission as they have more than one learning product and inevitably I call the wrong one and have to explain myself to another person.

I am a relatively new user of ACCESS, and while I have been learning the full functionality, my account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been very helpful.

Cons

We needed to purchase more licenses as the staff who have exited the company have been archived but still count towards our license number.

Its annoying, time consuming and altogether not helpful. We signed up with a H&S management company who had a simple learning platform that worked for us, then they changed not for the better to this awful platform.

Pros

nothing, its a real pain to use, the content is simple and patronising but accessing the site is frustrating, landing pages change and I cannot find my way around to do quickly what I have to do.

Cons

I find the system annoying, just cannot find my way around and its hard to manage a teams completions, get certificates etc, every time I log in the screen is different and things are moved around.

Generally positive - as I have said above my colleagues and I generally find the system easy to use and navigate around. Customer support has been very good when I have needed it as well, and the account manager checks in regularly so I feel looked after.

Pros

I like the general ease of use of the system. As a company admin, I am responsible for creating learning pathways and sharing with colleagues. This would be impossible for me if the system wasn't up to scratch. It's also easy to give clear instructions on how to use the system to my colleagues.

Cons

Occasionally if I haven't used the system for a while (as we are really only using it for new joiners at the moment) then it can take me a little while to refresh myself and remember where to go to... this might be a symptom of my age though (44 last birthday)!

Pros

Overall, I’m quite impressed with the functionality of the LMS system. It’s intuitive to use, and the range of features makes managing learning activities efficient and straightforward. One of the standout elements for me is the summary screen — it provides a clear, organised overview of progress and key metrics, which helps me stay on top of everything at a glance.

Cons

It would benefit from better onboarding support. The main drawback of the LMS system is the lack of training and user support. While the platform itself is full of useful features, it can be challenging for new users to understand how to navigate and make the most of them without clear guidance.

Overall, I really like Access LMS Evo. The system is easy to use, the courses are excellently designed and I look forward to working with the system further.

Pros

The customer support is excellent and efficient. The system as a learner is easy to use and the resource library covers a number of topics which makes it very appealing to staff in our organisation. The ease of the system and the concise courses mean that our mandatory training compliance is higher than it has ever been.

Cons

As an admin user, the back end of the system can feel difficult to understand and some processes feel a bit clunky e.g. changing someone's status on a course. As with every new system, there were a few teething problems and when we had the upgrade, it did cause some issues which took a little while to resolve.

great tool but difficult to get used to navigation. Difficult to set up and manage events but with repetition gets easier.

Pros

Everything in one place, lots of wellbeing support from articles to wellbeing videos and support in one place. Informative and you can pause and come back as and when needed.

Cons

hard to navigate, so many clicks needed to get to what you're looking for. Could be more user friendly

An improvement from eLFY, and a better interface. The dashboards are appealing and eye catching. The initial setup was laborious .

Pros

It's better than the previous eLFY system - appears more modern, and staff can reset their passwords themselves.

Cons

The setup was not smooth, and we are an HR team, not tech support, all the rules we had to set up were not straight forward and took alot of time.

It's a good system overall, but the search function could be better, along with a few other tweaks to make it a better system

Pros

It looks more eye catching than Unicorn, easy to navigate around and good library of learning activities.

Cons

There are some glitches with the system, ie when you open up numerous event tabs, they end up merging into one. Also, no all of the features of Evo have the new skin, some parts revert back to the old Unicorn version. Legacy surveys are no longer available, so you have to create separate surveys for events.

Very good so far, but need some time to get very familiar with different areas between, learner, admin and super admin

I have enjoyed using Access Evo and have found most of the updates user friendly. Systems work well together.

Pros

I like that all platforms are clear and user friendly. Everything is easily accessible through the workspace function. The process management is clear and it can be easy to collaborate as a team.

Cons

I can find it difficult to find my way around the updates LMS, only some pages seem to have the new lay out. Some users get error messages on their apps when trying to do their online training and they have to delete and re-install regularly. It can be difficult raising a case - my name was removed from the company but noone knows why.

Aggravating. So many UI updates are required to make this feel more intuitive and easy to use for both Admins and users. It gets the job donem but the weird setup of one apparently unchanging URL is quite frustrating when it comes to navigating the site overall and sharing things with others - to speed things up. As the search functionality on the Find Content is absolutely awful and full of bloat that no one ever looks at.

Pros

The reporting tool and course content creator suite work pretty well. There is a lot of flexibility in the type of course content you are creating and uploading works well. Access keeps good records of user progress.

Cons

The way in which everything is in tabs and there is only ewver one URL for the whole process. A nightmare for finding what you want, and an even bigger nightmare when you just want to share the URL to a particular course that has been uploaded. The search functionality on the content finder is absolutely horrendous. Requires lots of trial and error and wading through 'bloat' of built-in courses that the company just doesn't use. Annoying pop-ups from the Access team that constantly get in the way of what you're doing - no one cares about the last 7 notifications. These need to be moved to the banner at the top, not forced to overlay and get in the way of what i'm doing. The ability to send reports via email doesn't work either, even when scheduled. The site looks like about 2-3 sites in one, with some pages having a new colour theme, and over-simplified, clicking another link takes you to a page using the old theme. It just comes across as a half-arsed job and not thought well through. The constant requirement to open new tabs makes the site load slower and slower. No way to share a link directly to a course so a user can click on the link and register (should they require it - not everything needs to be set form the Users & Details page, some training is optional).

Access LMS is a dependable and easy-to-use system that continues to evolve. It’s backed by a supportive team and offers solid functionality that meets most of our (sometimes specific) training needs. While there’s still room for improvement in a few areas, it’s functional and clear that Access are committed to developing their product. We’ve seen consistent progress more recently and appreciate their openness to feedback. If you’re looking for a learning management system that’s flexible, reliable, and improving all the time, Access LMS is definitely worth considering.

Pros

Access LMS has been a reliable platform for us for a considerable amount of time now. It meets most of our needs, supports both in-house and external training content, and helps us manage learning effectively. The support team are responsive and helpful when we need them. Recently there have been continuous improvements with the launch of Evo and these updates seem to be continuing with lots of upcoming ideas. I like that they are taking on board feedback, yet we haven't seen the output of the feedback come into effect yet. When researching competitors that ticked similar boxes we found Access good value for money.

Cons

While we’re happy overall, a few core features could be more polished. Basic functions like reporting, and navigation can feel a little forgotten. We’d prefer Access to focus on refining these essentials before introducing more new features (even though new features are great!). Some of our needs are quite specific, but streamlining everyday tasks would make a big difference. These tweaks would elevate the experience from good to great. We have recently merged with our parent company and some further customisation between different teams so we can collaborate as well as keep certain things separate would be ideal.

I find it very beneficial. Very easy to monitor the staff and to see the certificates, also to see the percentage of the training compliance. Easy to add a new member of staff.

Pros

The amount of trainings and a variety of them to cover all aspect in a work environment. I also love the E-competencies when you have to navigate into the rooms/lounges and find the issues.

Cons

Not sure if I have something negative to mention. I am very positive with everything will come. I am still learning how to navigate the updates.

Access LMS Evo has been a great system. From the very early stages of implementation up until now the system has been so easy to use and has everything I need. I can follow along with learning that my organisation set as well as going to explore other topics and manage my own learning for what courses interest me

Pros

Access LMS Evo is super easy to use and engaging, its easy to navigate and follow along with the modules. The resource library has everything you could want and need from an LMS system and it makes it really straightforward to manage courses. There have been very little issues since using the system but any queries that I have had, the customer support team have been really helpful, friendly and efficient. Good product and excellent value for money.

Cons

There's nothing that I could pick out as I like all the features. I wouldn't be able to say what I like least as its a great product
