Pros

The adaptability of the FileDoc combined with the professionalism and expertise delivered by the consultants was the key to achieving the solution that brings great efficency to our daily work.With the FileDoc solution we were able to design the workflows that supports automation processes for approval of supplier invoices, purchase orders, employee expenses, among many other improvements.We always recommend the FileDoc solution.

The use of FileDoc came to respond to some needs felt by the organization that were not answered by the implemented solutions, namely in document management.

Pros

Ease of implementation and use, the fact that it is easy to manage and that management is available to the user, which allows us to better adjust the needs without having to wait for the software supplier.

Cons

The initial mentality change, the concept of a document not needing to be exactly a paper or a word file, but just metadata.

After five years using it, what I value the most is its reliability; strong access control; the possibility to manage all the important areas - files, processes, workflows, alerts, tasks, etc and to integrate with office (windows and web); digital signature; and the simplicity of uploading information (files).

Pros

As a user, it is easy to manage and gives all the information you might need, as you can search for any kind of document or process or even request a report. You can add tasks or alerts to better control your work or the work of your team. It is very simply to create a document, too.As an administrator, it is as easy as the previous. The workflows are the easiest to create and to manage. If you need to add any change it will be working right away. And the biggest pro of all is that you can configure almost everything in-house, without waiting on the supplier to do it.

Cons

The way we manage users. It could be simpler.
