Pros The fact that it can enrich emails just based on linkedin profile url is a very big advantage for any users. the accuracy is also good when comparing it with the pricing it is offered at. Direct dial numbers are found less but are an added advantage for sure. The quality of direct dial numbers are quite good actually Cons Their scrapper is not the best out there and it only works with linkedin urls and not sales navigator urls that is frustrating because we can only get 1k results using LI and 2.5K using Sales Nav. the cold email tool is just launched and is pretty basic really could do better. the UI is sluggish at times. The Chrome extension is easy to use and quickly finds accurate email addresses, saving us a lot of time and effort in our outreach efforts.The user interface is very intuitive and the search function is very powerful. The best thing is it is very affordable.Overall, we highly recommend UseArtemis to any business looking to streamline their email outreach and make their communication efforts more efficient. Cons While we have been mostly satisfied with UseArtemis, there are a few areas where we would like to see improvement. For example, sometimes the extension returns email addresses that are no longer in use or are not associated with the person we are searching for. Additionally, the extension could benefit from a more extensive list of sources to search from.Another thing is that, it sometimes takes more time to find the emails than we expected.Despite these minor drawbacks, we still find UseArtemis to be a valuable tool for our company and would recommend it to others with similar needs. We use it weekly and in fact a few times a week to search for potential prospects. It is fast and their isn't any learning curve for anyone to use it. There is also a video tutorial included. Pros UseArtemis is a really useful tool for people who have trouble finding contact information. I found it to be very simple and fast, and therefore there was no waiting around while the app searched through all of its databases. It was also easy to use, and overall, this app is a must-have for everyone in sales and marketing. Cons There are various improvements required and since it is still a young app I am looking at potential better performance down the road. Things to improve includes better list management and allowing more leads to be displayed in a single page. Linkedin extension works, it reveals user contact details pretty easily. Pros I've tried multiple software for lead scrapping and the entire process of validating leads, and I can assure you that this tool is fantastic & worth trying. They have an extension on chrome which helps in getting the contact details on linkedin real smooth. Cons Prospecting tool ( with Cold emailing & Linkedin automations) still not launched. It was supposed to be launched by sept end and its oct end at the time of writing review. (May be they are making it great and need some more time to make it perfect)You won't find contact details of everyone but "useArtemis" database is big and you can easily get a lot of leads for your Business. It has a very simple user interface that makes it easy for anyone to find the contact details of any person they are searching for. The results are almost accurate and instant, which I really appreciate as I need my information quickly! This app is highly recommended by me as there's nothing better than having all your contacts in one place and being able to call them anytime you want. Cons Pathetic customer experience. Just because of this one reason I would not use or recommend Use Artemis ever again. I raised a query recently on why I have been charged for subscription when I had opted to cancel it. Initially their bot responded, and it was communicated that I can take things up with a customer service representative. Within 02-03 hours I receive an email saying my subscription is cancelled and that I have access to my paid month until 09th October. Not only did their service team remain unresponsive, they went ahead and deactivated my access to the platform before the said period.I got a response email saying that this query is to be shared with the use artemis team at a mentioned email address and that I could request queries regarding refunds or payment related queries if any on a link shared which takes you to interact with another bot which took my details and emailed me stating that I would get a refund within 04-05 working days. Which did not progress any further and a rep emailed me saying that my query was already addressed and closed. However good a product is or capable a team is the underlying etiquette to customers is what matters most. Review Source John P. Pros Useartemis has assisted my company in generating hundreds of leads for my local business in a matter of minutes and with just a few clicks. And now that the cold email feature has been released, I can contact those leads within the same platform, inform them about my services, and get more sales. Cons The domain search feature does not produce as many results as other email finders. However, you can be confident that the emails you receive are correct. Besides, the Linkedin Prospecting Automation tool is taking much too long to be released. It was scheduled to be completed in September.
