### "The CX dashboard automation will save a lot of your time. "

The biggest plus point for us is the real time customer data. We could view campaign results and segment our audience as per campaign goals. We do not have to rely on any outdated ways of collecting data every month. Thanks to Merren for a faster platform.

Pros

The entire process, starting from signing up to accessing the dashboard, was remarkably straightforward and hassle-free. One significant benefit was the automation of our CX (Customer Experience) dashboards. We could schedule surveys according to the campaign's requirements. We were able to make data-driven decisions promptly.

Cons

The 14 day free trial has limited access to a lot of advanced features. You might have to consider a pricing plan.

### "Creating WhatsApp and email survey is straightforward"

Merren helped us increase our survey response rates. This is a better solution to our past methods of taking survey responses. Merren tools are way faster than traditional survey tools. We could see the difference in the engagement rates.

Pros

Signing up with Merren is easy. The dashboard was simple to understand and use. Using the software, we quickly made WhatsApp and tested email surveys. This made more people respond to our surveys. Also, more people engaged with our surveys than usual.

Cons

I am satisfied with the product at the moment.

I am happy to move from manual collating of data to automatic data collection and segregation. Most of our previous systems were time consuming. Additionally, we can track survey responses across various demographics. You get to download every data from every customer for market research.

Pros

The CX dashboard makes our day to day task easier. We can easily segregate customer- survey responses, tickets, reviews in an efficient manner.

Cons

It might take some time to get used to the Merren interface. There is a slight learning curve.

1\. The teams could access data on the dashboard for different campaigns. 2. The Facebook and WhatsApp campaigns are very smooth. It was a universal joy to see a high response rate. 3. The team members could easily work with the journey mapping tools after the initial sessions.

Pros

After exploring Merren initially, I found a lot of advantages. We could dissect customer data and exchange critical information across teams. During training sessions, we could exchange ideas faster. The use of messenger surveys is a game changer.

Cons

Nothing. I am very happy with the product.

### "Very efficient CX tool! "

Most of our CX requirements have become efficient ever since we onboarded with Merren. Now the team members can navigate through customer data easily, view response segregations and map customer journeys in a few clicks. I also like the AI survey templates that save us a lot of time. Our campaigns are streamlined at the moment. The response has been very positive overall.

Pros

The teams have upgraded to efficient tools from older systems. Our workflow is faster at the moment. This was a good financial decision for the company.

Cons

There could be a slight resistance to new technology at the start. So we took some time to navigate through Merren’s functions initially.
