Extremely positive. Without CarWars it was impossible to Identify problems in our processes and easily bring to the attention to management to fix! Also relying on vendor phone reporting when they stand to gain the most from our marketing expense wasn't ideal with CarWars that is not a problem.

Pros

So Worth every penny! Helps us really identify problems in our processes when it comes to phones and the support is absolutely amazing! Its easy to use from the first day and we use it weekly for reporting and identifying where things may slip. Ask for \[sensitive content hidden\] as your Performance Manager! He is the Best!!

Cons

It was a little cumbersome to set up with our CRM, but that was because of our CRM not CarWars. Without the support from CarWars we couldn't have set it up alone, so their support team is top notch!

CarWars has given us the tools to locate areas within our dealership that needed special attention. As well as, giving us a window to see the areas of improvement needed for salesman, bdc agents, and the dealership as a whole.

Pros

Having used this as an agent and now as management, I can see the benefit of this program from both sides. As an agent, the recordings insure the ability to hear myself when reviewing one of my calls. Further, having the ability to review any call for that customer whether made by me, or a salesman ensures that I am aware of all conversations involving this customer. As a manager the ability to check the metrics to see how the team is doing ensures that I know the areas that I need to work with my team on. Also, the ability to review the call with the agent or salesman ensures that it gives you the best information to accurately coach them to improve their overall phone techniques.

Cons

The difficulty sometimes of the voice recognition to accurately match with the persons voice causing a misread of which representive was speaking with the customer. This leads to extra work in the form of having to go behind the system and edit its error in recognition.It needs a feature that if a call was missed but then a return call is done within a set timeframe it removes the missed call from the count (say within 12 hours of the missed call). This would ensure a more accurate representation of how many calls are actually not returned.
