Je ne suis pas fana de la gamification des formations, qui souvent te font entrer dans un univers auquel tu n'adhérent pas obligatoirement. J'ai eut peur au début de l'utilisation de Kamae, mais au final, pour Kamaé, c'est une expérience très agréable. Pros Simple et instructif, cela m'a permis de comprendre des points de cyber auxquels je n'aurais pas fait attention, alors que je pensais être plutôt au point sur le sujet. On s'attacherait même un peu aux personnages... ;)Plus sérieusement, je trouve que c'est un outil très simple d'utilisation qui permet de mettre tout le monde sur la même longueur d'onde, de construire un socle commun de connaissances pour toute une équipe, sur des sujets essentiels qui nous concernent tous. Pros Kamae se veut très facile d'accès, c'est intéressant tout en étant ludique ! C'est un outil bien conçu, pour apprendre sans trop de contraintes. De plus, les challenges mensuels font des rappels et permettent d'entretenir les nouvelles connaissances acquises ! Cons Il y a un système de ceintures quand on gagne des points, et le seul point frustrant pour moi est qu'on ne peut pas encore atteindre la ceinture la plus haute, l'aspect "jeu" est donc un peu limité pour l'instant. Cons Le côté échange conduit par le personnage Kamae sous forme de tchat peut-être un peu prise de tête avec le temps.L'impossibilité de pouvoir conserver les questions mensuelles d'un mois passé, parfois avec le manque de temps, il arrive que l'on ne puisse pas faire les challenges mensuels. Permettre d'avoir une randomisation de questions déjà passées en bonus pourrait-être intéressant.
