Sunanda has been amazing and very patient in supporting us to implement Nura Space and to help us understand how we can make it work for our working environment

Pros

Nura Space has enabled us to have a greater visibility on desk utilisation across our business, and given us more flexibility with desks being able to be used by multiple people across a day if staff manage their bookings appropriately

Cons

One of the frustrations that staff had when we first implemented Nura Space was having to cancel a booking when needing to make an amendment rather than just amending the existing booking.

It has been a life saver in utilising or resources with greater efficiency. Staff love that they can sit at their preferred desk whenever they are in the office. We love being able to identified underused resources easily.

Pros

the Simplicity - it is so easy for new users to log in and get started on their first day. It's also easy to set up access areas.

Cons

The smartphone app is not ideal when phone reception is patchy in some buildings. Luckily the desktop app is a dream to use.

Nura Space has proven to be a reliable and innovative workplace management solution. Their proactive support, responsiveness to feedback, and focus on integration set them apart from many other platforms in this space. The system has been well received by our staff, and I am confident it will continue to grow alongside our business needs.

Pros

The onboarding experience with Nura Space has been excellent. We have successfully rolled out the platform across three floors, and the support provided by the team has been outstanding. The app is user-friendly, and my team has provided very positive feedback on their experience. I particularly value Nura Space’s openness to integrating with other software vendors, as this gives us flexibility to build a more connected workplace ecosystem. The Nura Vision technology has also been a strong addition, providing real-time desk availability and enabling follow-me ergonomics.

Cons

There have been some minor issues with the app; however, the Nura Space team has been extremely responsive. Each issue raised has been acknowledged and quickly resolved, which has given us confidence in their commitment to continuous improvement.

After evaluating and working with many of the leading platforms over the past decade, I’ve found Nura Space to stand out as a superior solution. Its platform is intuitive and user-friendly, backed by strong local support and a clear roadmap for ongoing improvements. Implementation was seamless, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I would confidently repurchase and highly recommend it to other offices seeking a smart, integrated workplace solution.

Pros

The Nura Space platform stands out for its simplicity and ease of use, making it accessible to users of all tech skill levels. Its intuitive interface and excellent user experience make navigation effortless. What’s especially impressive is its comprehensive suite of services—covering everything from desk and meeting room bookings to lockers, car parking, and visitor management—all in one seamless platform.

Cons

Previous edition wifi gateways for hardware had issues, but this has been resolved with new hardware.

Pros

Simple and easy to use user interface, great features that allow me to create teams and drive physical connectivity in the workplace. Room booking, locker booking and analytics are also greatly used features. Integration with Office365 and Azure AD ticks boxes, and SOC2-Type 2 certification is really fantastic for a young technology business.

Cons

Video user guides would be really great addition to the onboarding process.
