Staff love that they can sit at their preferred desk whenever they are in the office. We love being able to identified underused resources easily. Pros the Simplicity - it is so easy for new users to log in and get started on their first day. It's also easy to set up access areas. Cons The smartphone app is not ideal when phone reception is patchy in some buildings. Luckily the desktop app is a dream to use. The system has been well received by our staff, and I am confident it will continue to grow alongside our business needs. Pros The onboarding experience with Nura Space has been excellent. We have successfully rolled out the platform across three floors, and the support provided by the team has been outstanding. The app is user-friendly, and my team has provided very positive feedback on their experience. I particularly value Nura Space’s openness to integrating with other software vendors, as this gives us flexibility to build a more connected workplace ecosystem. The Nura Vision technology has also been a strong addition, providing real-time desk availability and enabling follow-me ergonomics. Cons There have been some minor issues with the app; however, the Nura Space team has been extremely responsive.
