### " One platform for all of our roles as we grow"

Pros

We are a fast-growing startup and hiring across all areas, and I was afraid we would need to use one testing platform for our R&D roles and another for everything else. When we came across Canditech, I appreciated how many different roles we could use the platform to assess for. Plus, we can be confident we are making the right decisions on who to bring on the team, which is so important for our early hires. They also had great plans for a small company like ours.

Cons

The only area Canditech didn’t have tests for was for our product designers, but we found a way to work around it.

### "Great for Excel Tests"

Pros

Data analysts in our company use a lot of excel spreadsheets in their day to day. When we were using similar excel scenarios to test our candidates, it was very time consuming to check all of their work in the excel file. Also, the excel file stayed with the candidates, which contained our internal information. With Canditech, we are able to check each excel cell automatically and once the test is submitted, the candidate no longer has access to the file.

Cons

No negative feedback at this time. Very happy with the tool
