### "My Zum Service"

Overall amazing service. Very quick to reply to all my email requests.

Pros

Very Knowledgeable and quick time response time to all my requests. Zum System very user friendly.

Cons

Pricing but still reasonable compared to similar other companies that offer the same service. Would create an easier way to register the customers that pay the 15th and 31st of every month instead of one transaction at a time and not recurring for these specific dates.

### "One of the best EFT Vendors around!"

Not only is this a great product, but as a charity, the price is great and the Team at zum are great to work with too, when we have any questions, or are not sure how to do something, or are looking for some type of report.

Pros

We like how easy ZUM is to use, and the price!

Cons

There are none! We have nothing bad to say!

Pros

Ability to offer e transfers and EFT's to our customers direct from our online program

Cons

Not able to process e transfers unless the name matches on the business account and bank account. Some of our customers want to pay by e transfer and can't because they use a different account to pay with than the business name

### "Zum is a great payments platform"

Overall, I really enjoy using Zum for payment processing. I send payments daily and its a lot quicker and easier to navigate than most bank EFT platforms I have worked with.

Pros

\- Option to send and receive EFTs and Interac Email Transfers - Ease of use - Ease of setting up payees and payors - Support is great to work with when I have questions

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about this product.

Reason for choosing Zum

The email transfer option through Plooto works on its own network and is not recognized by our clients so they are hesitant to enter their banking information as readily as they would when they receive an Interac Email transfer.

Customer support hours end at 2 pm PST. We are based in PST timezone.
