It took me minutes to create my links, it was very easy to continue using, and adjust on the fly. Pros Square is extremely easy to get into as a small business owner. Not only are the fees very competitive, but the ease for clients to make online payment as well as in-person payments is hard to beat. Cons Stripe kind of paywalls better fees, which I understand, but it is pretty discouraging for people like me to use various payment methods. It’s a straightforward and efficient way to collect payments quickly, and feels secure with a trusted name. Setup is fast, sharing links is easy, and payments are tracked automatically. While it has some limitations with customization and advanced features, it works well for basic payment needs and saves a lot of time and is easy for myself and staff to use Pros I like how quick and simple it is to create a payment link and share it by email or on a website with no extra setup required. It’s convenient for collecting payments by credit card for events, donations, or invoices, and customers don’t need an account to pay and are already familiar with. The ability to customize amounts, track payments, and have everything automatically recorded in Square also makes managing transactions very easy. Cons Customization is somewhat limited, especially for branding and formatting the payment page. It can also be harder to manage multiple links at once, and there aren’t as many built-in options for complex registrations or detailed attendee information. Transaction fees can add up, and reporting tied specifically to individual links can feel a bit basic. It’s very practical! I havnt needed customer support much yet luckily! Pros Very easy to collect credit card payments! I like that there’s no monthly fees as well. You do have to pay per transaction. I like that the payments are secure but it’s easy to send money transfers and can add sales tax automatically. Cons I mean I would love if you didnt have to pay per transaction and if it was just a one time fee to purchase it but it’s better than monthly fees in my opinion! Also build business financing options. Pros I have been able to format and organize clients and promote products/services much more efficiently via POS, Mobile or Virtual payment options. Plus some clients prefer a multi-payment option that is convenient to their payment schedule/preference. Cons Catching up to other companies in terms of customer support and international pay options. I prefer to have a direct billing to my bank because the fees structure are not favorable in terms of reducing transactions and overall percentage.
