Above all, the support was fantastic. Pros The tablet itself is well built, sturdy, and exceptionally bright. They are almost a beacon for any conference room. Setup of the initial tablet was fairly easy with a number of customization options. The interface is clear and easy to understand, and basic usage is not overly complicated. We mounted a test until and deliberately issued NO instructions to our users to see how easy it was. They took to it with no problems. It was very intuitive. Cons While we did have a little difficulty setting up the network licensing at the beginning, the support staff was very helpful and got us up and running very quickly.
