Pros KioskBuddy works as advertised and saved us from having to go with a full on vending machine. We operate a 24-hour fitness gym and wanted an easy to use self-service kiosk that our members could purchase beverages and supplements from whenever they are in the gym. KB was fairly easy to set up and integrates perfectly with Square and leverages our Square Stand with an iPad. People can select their products by swiping through a menu or scanning the product barcode. Then they can self-checkout and pay with a variety of payment forms supported by Square. One of the critical pieces is how KB works with Square's inventory and any changes we make in Square are updated with a single click in KB! Cons A little pricey for small businesses, but it was was easy to setup which saved a lot of time and energy. It would be nice to have some control on how the barcode scanning works or to have some in-app/on-screen notification that scanning is available. Great to hear the good feedback about our customer support! With reimporting, current KioskBuddy settings such as time controls and order of items should not be affected. If there are new additions when reimporting, this does require manual steps to apply new desired settings. The current design of KioskBuddy is to keep a "copy" of your Square Item Library, so reimporting is necessary if changes are made to your Square Item Library.
