KioskBuddy has the option to change the primary color used for the app's various GUI which you can find on the KioskBuddy Dashboard under "Kiosk Styling". If you are looking for order alerts, you can enable Email Notifications so that you can have your email open and receive an email every time an order comes through! https://www.kioskbuddy.app/help/order-settings#email-notifications

### "Less staffing needs"

I'm probably about 90% happy with it. I've lost some money due to orders not coming through to kitchen printer.

Pros

Integration with Square works great. Nice features. Very intuitive UI.

Cons

Not able to highlight dine-in or take-out options for our customers which led to several issues with orders. Sporadic connectivity issues with printer. Sporadic glitches where orders did not go through without any alarms.

Ease to set up and support. Support gets right back to me

Cons

Sometimes the system goes down. Every time we add a new selection we must reimport menu and add all times again and category pics and rearrange the order

With reimporting, current KioskBuddy settings such as time controls and order of items should not be affected. If there are new additions when reimporting, this does require manual steps to apply new desired settings. The current design of KioskBuddy is to keep a "copy" of your Square Item Library, so reimporting is necessary if changes are made to your Square Item Library. Overall fantastic!

Pros

Extremely easy for customers to use. Good analytics.

Cons

Integration with Square isn't perfect. There need to be some revisions. Sometimes when I have an issue I don't know to reach out to Square to KioskBuddy and both sides end up blaming the other.

Reason for choosing KioskBuddy

There really wasn't a cost-effective alternative.

### "Saved my business "

This saved my business. All my front staff quit and had no one to take orders. I discovered Kiosk buddy and had it set up in a hour and was able to run my restaurant smoothly and customers love it.

Pros

Very easy to use. Quick set up and very easy for my customers to navigate and place their orders

Cons

Nothing that I know of yet I’m sure there is not any.

Installing Kiosk Buddy improved our food truck sales in my retail and bar space because of the convenience of the Kiosk Buddy stand and being so user friendly.

Pros

Kiosk Buddy makes ordering for my customers very convenient, quick, easy to use and is user friendly.

Cons

I would like for customers to get a text that the order is ready for pickup, but Square KDS doesn't have this feature.

Would love to see more features for delivery but it's working for us.

Pros

It's easy to use and support is always available.

Cons

It's intended for in-person ordering and we actually use it for local deliveries. We have to use a custom address field but it doesn't autocomplete with google verified addresses.

Reason for choosing KioskBuddy

It was the only choice that worked for us
