The customer service is super quick and they are incredibly open to feedback. Pros I have two favorite features in Dinvy.1. As the administrator, I was able to set up the different tasks that my team could select from ensuring that when I pull reports, things are not missed. With our previous tool, everything had to be manually entered which meant that slight variances in spelling or phrases would track the same tasks as different.2. I love that there is a very easy-to-read project dashboard that tells me exactly how much of the allocated time and thus budget, has already been used. This has been a great tool to use for our own records when we are writing new proposals. Cons There are very few rebuilt reports which means pulling any reports requires building them yourself. Oftentimes, it seems like time tracking softwares try to be so flexible and fitting for all use cases that they lack a true focus. Dinvy, on the other hand, hones in on the important relationship between time tracking and budgeting in a powerful way. There are tools within the software that make the process of tracking hours in context with billing/invoicing a piece of cake. Additionally, as someone who utilizes both admin and user features, it's clear that the team understands the different roles and needs of various entities on any given project. Great product, and excited to see how Dinvy continues to evolve. Pros Dinvy, overall, is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. As someone who utilizes both admin and user functions, the UI is very intuitive; the organization and overall accessibility of the features currently available within the software is easy to navigate through. Additionally, I've really appreciated the customer service—it is clear that the team is passionate about their product and prioritizes their users' success with it. Customer tech support was great, emailed questions were answered right away, and you tube videos are available too. Pros Clean, user friendly program to navigate. I liked the daily/weekly time time tracking. Easy to use and not time consuming. The timer feature is a nice option when you work on project more sporadically. The ability to see the percentage of budget used kept me on track. Tech support was also great - questions were answered right away, & there's short you tube videos to walk you thru as well. Cons The billing/invoice process was a little tricky - I believe those areas are being developed more. As they expand their features, our use case in using Dinvy will also expand. I had the opportunity to observe a demo of the product and then utilized it in a trial mode and there was no lag or learning curve "catch-up," which was very refreshing (things always look so easy in a demo and then you try to use products yourself, it usually is a process of re-teaching yourself). Cons The breadth of the service offerings is fairly limited; it's a rather straight-forward time tracking and client/project management software. That said, having seen the additional feature roll-out plan, I'm excited about where this software goes from here. Pros Having the option to switch between timers and week view was nice. And its nice to see the billable goals for the day and week to keep on track. Last item I liked is the project dashboards to easily track budget targets. Cons I would like more integrations into 3rd party systems so I could start a timer in Chrome or from Google Calendar but I hear ones coming. Cons Not much negative to say, but not as many bells and whistles as others in this space. However this tool is everything needed. I especially like that being a new player in the market they are much more flexible and accommodating than the bigger more established players. Get in on the ground floor with these guys as a partner and let them grow with your organization. Pros The UX/UI of the platform could not be any more spot on. Features and functions are exactly where they should be and are easy to use or find. Cons Project management could be more of a feature but as I understand that is something being explored so not really a negative as it seems to be on their future enhancement roadmap. We love how simple the time tracking process is and how their emphasis is on features and ease of use. Pros The dashboards are the most impactful part of the platform. Reports are important for understanding how we spend our time on meetings or researching for projects but we love how the dashboards quickly display the overall health of our accounts and projects. We can easily understand how we’re tracking to finishing a project and see available budget and how many hours are remaining. Cons As a new company, there are features we would love to have but can live without until Dinvy is ready to develop them.
