Pros

Desde do inicio com área comercial, sempre atenciosos, educados e prestativos, as demais tambem.O que me chamou muito atenção, foi em uma determinada situação conversando com equipe de suporte eu fiz um sugestão e mesma foi levada para analise e implementação.

Produto muito bom, mas falta criar ferramentas para deixar o produto mais dinâmico quando se trata de integrações

Suporte qualificado de fácil acesso e de pronto atendimento , plataforma estável, recursos avançados, variedade de integrações.

O cach. Dependendo das configurações, demora um pouco para atualizar nos navegadores. Mas eles tem um recurso que força a limpeza de cachê.

Quando contratamos eu pesquisei várias plataformas, mas todas cobrando valores altíssimos e não tinham nem de longe a quantidade de recursos que a iSet tem. Fizemos o teste, e assim se foram 10 anos utilizando a plataforma, crescendo com eles e uma parceria sólida.

Pros

Valor sempre é bom, mas eles tem uma bela quantidade de recursos que já vem na plataforma que em outras teríamos que comprar e estão SEMPRE evoluindo e incluindo mais. Atendimento muito bom também!

Cons

No momentos eu não tenho contra, nos atendem muito bem... talvez só implementar mais integrações, mas creio que eles já estão fazendo.

Sou usuário de plataforma de ecomerce a mais de 15 anos. E em todo este tempo conheci várias plataformas. E a iset se destaca por preço acessível e alta qualidade de suporte, hospedagem e ferramentas. Se saindo muito superior a outras de valor maior. É sem dúvida uma ótima ferramenta.

Recomendo. Sempre fui muito bem atendido e meu negócio pode escalar sem grandes problemas. Quando aconteceu algo fora do padrão normalmente resolveram com rapidez.

Pros

Muitos recursos por valores muito acessíveis. Muitas formas de personalização e automação.

Cons

Não tem nada atualmente que eu não goste. Sinto falta de recursos mais avançados de variações e personalização de produtos. Mas não é totalmente essencial para o meu negócio.
