The overall experience is good from their communication skills they carried us along the whole process and the project management is impressive.

Pros

The team culture, ability to sense and interact in quite innovative and contemporary styles of influencer marketing and influencer engagement. Also their commitment is impeccable.

It was really incredible. Their level of commitment is amazing.

Pros

Lolly was incredibly responsive and maintained seamless communication, even when there was short notice. They tended to all our requests regardless of how unrealistic they seemed and remained fully committed to providing us the best.

Cons

There were a few security issues that came up on our end (to be real, it is a newer company so it is quite understandable) that impeded on them using paid support on campaigns. They continued to provide design recommendations in order to ensure that we received value out of the project.

I've been incredibly impressed by the care they take for all content, and how they anticipate needs. They're true solution-oriented team, always aiming for what can be done to make the final results the best they can be, no matter the lift.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but Lolly has really delivered. The platform is easy to navigate, and the team is helpful. I've gotten some amazing collaborations. My only suggestion would be to add more brands to the platform. Highly recommended!
