Support however is hard route to get in touch with and then not helpful. But its not Support Team's fault that the internal policies change with how submissions work, or need to be labeled. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. I also appreciate the multiple ways to use your funds: through the Forma store, the Forma card, or reimbursement. Pros The platform is easy to navigate, making it simple to submit reimbursement claims. Additionally, the turnaround time for reimbursement is super fast. I haven't needed to contact Forma support, as everything is straightforward and easy to understand. Cons I made a typo on one of my claims and I was not able to delete or edit the response so I just submitted it again. I wish I could click on "athletic shoes" in the list & it would have a drop down or list or something with more specifics. The website is extremely user friendly and allows me to save money on health-related purchases that I'd be making anyways. The process for reimbursements on claims is quick and easy. Pros I like that there are multiple options health related to spend the allowed balance on and that filing a claim is an easy process. Cons The only thing I didn't like about forma from the previous year was that athletic shoes weren't apart of the program. That has changed for the 2025 year.
