Te ofrece casi tantas funcionalidades como las hojas de cálculo, pero mucho más interactivo, intuitivo, te genera reports, te da avisos... Es muy completo. Con la nueva release cubriremos mas de esos puntos que nos serán factibles a la hora de trabajar. Pros Una de las mejores funciones es la rápida comunicación que permite entre usuarios. Cons Al ser de los primeros en usarlo al principio fue complicada la integración ya que íbamos viendo necesidades de cambios pero el equipo de ITK siempre a estado para ayudarnos en todo lo posible. Pros Facilidad en uso para dispositivos moviles.. Interfaz amigable para el auditor Cons Se me ha complicado el gestionar las auditorias cada quincena/mes. no he logrado asignar especificamente una auditoria a un auditor, y/o gestionarlas de manera aleatoria a mis auditores disponibles. me ha pasado que cuando les toca auditar el Area ABC... les aparece auditar el area XYZ. Reasons for choosing Zeper Audits Fue Zepper en lugar de desarrollar internamente un programa. primero por ser practico, otro, por los tiempos de implementacion de un programa interno para auditorias. Zepper vino a ayudarnos a resolver los problemas para auditorias practicas de 5"S" y de LPA´s..... lo que falta es la disciplina para realizar las auditorias por parte del grupo auditor. (problema recurrente desde las auditorias hechas en excel). no hemos logrado mantener (no incrementar) el cumplimiento de audits. sobre todo en 5"S". Cons Tener que asignar manualmente mediante excel los horarios de auditorías por capa, las maquinas y quien realizará la auditoria. Podría realizarlo ZEPER partiendo de las maquinas y usuarios introducidos y una vez hecho solo tener que realizar pequeños cambios en caso de ser necesario. Me alegra saber que Zeper os ayuda con múltiples tipos de inspecciones y auditorías. Este era uno de nuestros principales objetivos cuando diseñamos la plataforma. Agradezco tu comentario sobre la planificación de auditorías LPA. Ciertamente la automatización de la planificación de audits es una funcionalidad que hemos retirado dado que en cada factoría en la que hemos implementado Zeper se siguen unos criterios distintos de planificación que llevaban a que el algoritmo que habíamos implementado para automatizar la planificación no se adaptaba lo suficiente. Sin embargo, comentarte que en la última release que ya tienes disponible hemos añadido una funcionalidad que te permitirá importar tu planificación directamente a partir de un sencillo Excel. No es un proceso 100% automático, pero sí muy ágil y flexible y que esperamos que te ayude en tus próximas planificaciones. MJ Marcal J. Además, de la posibilidad de poderlo utilizar indistintamente en ordenadores o móviles sin gastar papel. Cons El formato de presentación de los informes, por encontrarlos poco visuales y poco intuitivos especialmente para personas externas a la empresa o a la forma de trabajo de Zeper. La organización de las auditorias que se han realizado es poco clara, ya que actualmente se expresan en un listado único enorme con lo que es poco intuitivo ver qué es lo que se ha hecho y qué no.
