## What is manaPersonal?

manaPersonal is a one-in-all software solution for the digital mapping and administration of all personnel processes, based on the open-source ERP "Odoo". It includes among other modules a tool to manage attendance and absence times, contract management, a raporting system and also supports Multi-Client operation. Thanks to the Odoo base, it is modular and scalable with a future-oriented and user-friendly web interface at a fair price/performance ratio, reducing your administrative load.

manaPersonal war die beste Entscheidung für unser Unternehmen. Wir können mit dieser Software jegliche HR-Prozesse bis ins kleinste Detail dokumentieren. Das Design ist sehr modern und manaTec hat uns in einem kostenlosen Demo-Termin alle wichtigen Module vorgestellt. Die leichte Bedienbarkeit kam bei unseren Mitarbeitern besonders gut an.

Pros

Wir waren anfangs sehr überfordert mit der großen Auswahl an Personal-Softwares. Der Demo-Termin hat uns überzeugt. Wir haben einen ersten Einblick in das System erhalten und wussten gleich, dass manaPersonal die richtige Wahl für uns ist. Mitarbeiterdaten, Verträge sowie Urlaubsanträge werden nun übersichtlich in einer Software gesammelt. Diese Struktur hat vorher in unserem Unternehmen gefehlt. Insbesondere die Kommunikationsplattform ist für uns ein großer Pluspunkt, da unser Team oft virtuell zusammenarbeitet. Telefonieren, chatten oder ein kurzer Videocall funktionieren ohne Probleme.

Cons

Das Produkt bietet viele verschiedene Module und Funktionen. Anfangs haben wir nicht alle genutzt, da wir uns erstmal an das neue System gewöhnen mussten. Schon nach kurzer Zeit hat sich dieser Nachteil von selbst gelöst. Heute sind wir über die verschiedenen Features sehr dankbar.

Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden. manaPersonal hält viele Vorteile bereit, aber die oben genannten sind für uns am relevantesten. Kaum eine Funktion wird nicht von uns genutzt, da alle sehr durchdacht und zielführend sind. Wir möchten diese HR-Software nicht mehr missen.

Pros

\- Einfache Zeiterfassung aller Mitarbeiter mit nur einem Klick- Vielfältige Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten (Anruf, Video-Anruf, Chat, Sprachnachricht)- Übersichtliche Verwaltung der Urlaubstage aller Mitarbeiter- Sammlung aller Mitarbeiterstammdaten sowie deren Verträge- Benutzerfreundliche Software mit modernem Design

Cons

\- Import der Feiertage sollte pro Bundesland automatisch gehen (CSV-Import ist keine schöne Lösung)- Übertragung des Resturlaubes ins nächste Jahr sollte auch automatisiert werden- Kalendersynchronisation per CalDav fehlt

Reasons for choosing manaPersonal

Zum einen wegen der Lizenzpolitik von Odoo S.A., welche unabhängig ist, ob man selbst betreibt oder in die Cloud geht und für manaTec, weil man hier noch den Vorteil hat, dass man beim Betrieb von alles selber machen bis hin zu alles machen lassen jederzeit fießend übergehen kann. Und da Odoo eine Open-Source ist, entstehen keinerlei Abhängigkeiten. Wir finden es sehr schön, dass wir ffür Odoo (Test und Produktion) jede Nacht die Images als Backup bekommen.
