Pros Wir waren anfangs sehr überfordert mit der großen Auswahl an Personal-Softwares. Der Demo-Termin hat uns überzeugt. Wir haben einen ersten Einblick in das System erhalten und wussten gleich, dass manaPersonal die richtige Wahl für uns ist. Mitarbeiterdaten, Verträge sowie Urlaubsanträge werden nun übersichtlich in einer Software gesammelt. Diese Struktur hat vorher in unserem Unternehmen gefehlt. Insbesondere die Kommunikationsplattform ist für uns ein großer Pluspunkt, da unser Team oft virtuell zusammenarbeitet. Telefonieren, chatten oder ein kurzer Videocall funktionieren ohne Probleme. Cons Das Produkt bietet viele verschiedene Module und Funktionen. Anfangs haben wir nicht alle genutzt, da wir uns erstmal an das neue System gewöhnen mussten. Und da Odoo eine Open-Source ist, entstehen keinerlei Abhängigkeiten. Wir finden es sehr schön, dass wir ffür Odoo (Test und Produktion) jede Nacht die Images als Backup bekommen.
