It's a very good tool for projects management to get appropriate results in less time. I'm using this tool daily for my projects and tasks management.

Pros

This software is best for projects management and making your business process easy. It provides all the features which helps you in your workflow and getting effective results. It's easy to use and time saving tool for handle multiple projects in same time.

Cons

There is no disadvantage that I don't like about Upland PSA as it's a All in One tool for project management.

Pros

We absolutely love the project module including the project plan, budget, forecast, and resource management. This PSA had many of the tools we were looking for when we selected it!

Cons

Upland can be tricky in the setup - you have to get everything setup just right to make sure it's working. Also, it could be slightly more user friendly, but overall, it's a great resource for our team!

I really like using Upland PSA as it is an all in one project management tool from resource management to forecasting to invoicing.

Cons

The important thing is Tenrox does the job quickly and with little hassle after things are set up and added to your timesheet, letting you get back to the important tasks of the day.

Pros

Tenrox is a fairly easy to use piece of software that, when set up, can be updated in seconds to add to your work timesheets.

Cons

It can sometimes be tricky adding projects / tasks to your personal timesheet collection. This could be due to how it is set up however.

I would not recommend tenrox as a project management tool for companies. There are so many more modern companies that can accomplish the things that your company needs to get done and give you better customer service.

Pros

I enjoy the combination of managing projects, being able to complete timesheets and also have PTO requests tracked in the system. It does make it easy to have it all in one place

Cons

Tenrox has a lot of things to work on. It's slow (for my company), they are reluctant to make upgrades based on your needs and based on what package you get, you typically get low customer service. The system is very manual and in 2018, we need to have a more automated tool to get things done.

Time entry and time management for assignment of personnel to jobs

Pros

The time entry and management is meant for consultants, with jobs available by name rather than project number

Cons

It is difficult to extract information about time off and assignment for users. The reports are not user readable out of the box and have to be exported to Excel for further data manipulation which is a pain and should not be necessary.

Pros

When you need software to do timekeeping, allocation tracking, utilization tracking and PTO tracking, Tenrox has you covered. Lots of features.

Cons

Unfortunately the interface is absolutely terrible. It feels like the interface was top-of-the-line maybe back in 2004.... It's just a big jumbled mess.
