Cuando tienes un problemas tardas muchísimo en contactar con ellos, y puedes estar 15 minutos esperando. Tras pasarnos a premiun, la cosa tampoco mejoró mucho. Hasta que apareció un técnico que a mi me atiende de maravilla.
