La plataforma es inestable y puedo percibir desarrolladores inexpertos haciendo modificaciones en la plataforma, por cierto, muchas veces las hacen sin planear ventanas de mantenimiento. Todo le falla constantemente, las recargas de saldo, generación de guías, hasta el login. La gente de soporte está pésimamente preparada, sólo batean los problemas, no resuelve, te tratan como tonto.
