コロナ禍を経て飲食店としてデリバリーや通信販売の強化に伴い、主に資材備品管理用としてこのアプリを採用。業界的にパソコンやアプリに慣れていない人が多い中で、複数人が簡単に利用できるという点はすごく良かったと思う。管理側としても、リアルタイムで在庫状況や履歴の確認ができることも重宝している理由です。

Pros

・商材の登録が簡単にできる・入出庫の操作が簡単にできる・クラウドで管理できる・履歴も時系列で確認できる

Cons

機能としては特にないですが、プランのアップグレードへの誘導のために機能の調整が入ってしまったこと

ビジネス開始当初から在庫管理はすべてZaicoで進めてきました。在庫管理をはじめ入出庫管理、また、経理が必要とする仕入原価計算のためのデータなども難なく取り出すことができ、とても助かっています引き続きよろしくお願いいたします。

Pros

在庫管理と入出庫管理と機能がシンプルなので、各担当者も迷うことなく使用開始することができました。

Cons

大きな不満はありませんが、2pcの商品を1pc管理するときなど、在庫移動が簡単にできるとよいなと感じております。

Pros

iPhone、androidを利用できるため、各自が使用している端末がそのまま使える。端末の故障や端末追加といった変更のハードルが低い点。

Cons

アプリが更新され、読み取り精度とユーザビリティが下がったと感じています。直感に従って操作できる状態、小学生が扱えるようなレベルのインターフェイスであってほしいです。今後のアップデートには、機能追加よりもそちらに期待しています。

日常の在庫管理から棚卸管理迄出来るところだと思います。

Cons

改善すべき迄はいかないですが、アップデートした後から、1つ処理を行い保存するまでに複数段階の画面が出てくるようになったことで、手間を感じます。

新規事業の立ち上げの際にそこの部門での商品入出庫を管理するツールとして導入しました。私も含め、この手のサービスには不慣れだったのではじめは苦労しました。しかし、感覚的に使いやすいツールだったこともあり、すぐになれることができました。非常に使いやすい製品だと思います。一つ改善してほしい点を挙げるとすると、期間検索した結果をダウンロードすると時間がかかることです。これは以前はそんなことなかったので元に戻せるなら戻していただけるとありがたいです。

Pros

視覚的・感覚的に使える使いやすさが良い点だと感じました。

Cons

商品の出庫記録や入庫記録を検索する際の検索がしづらい。また、最近になってダウンロードにものすごく手間になった点

初期費用とランニングコストを比べてZaicoのほうが導入しやすく、万が一失敗しても撤退しやすいと感じたから。

Pros

倉庫内スマートフォンで在庫を確認したり外回り営業担当者にリアルタイムで在庫のデータを共有し活用しております。

Cons

在庫だけではなく会社の売上目標・達成率などもExcelデータをインポートして一つの画面で見える化できればいいかと思います。

注文番号として使いたい欄が、以前は８文字が見やすかったのに、今では小さい文字になってしまう。４文字しか認識しないのでしょうか？

api機能で外部と連動できるので既存の基幹システムとリアルタイムに接続できること

非常に便利な反面、管理のスピードについて行けるような学習も必要。

Pros

在庫の確認がどこでも素早くできる。また出荷の経緯や仕入れのタイミングが分かり余分な仕入れや販売管理が無くなった。

Cons

在庫管理の経緯が訂正出来る機能が無い。（間違いもすべて残ってしまう。）
