I attempted to connect multiple times. Browser showed that webpage had access to camera and microphone on laptop - but it would not work. On second to last attempt we got it to work by connecting web browser on camera on cell phone rather than camera on laptop. But then after authentication could not restore cell phone camera image to laptop browser window and stavvy could not help. Had to leave meeting and rejoin to get it to work again. Pre test screen does not explain symbols when I used pre test, I do not recommend.

Pros

After multiple attempts and several back and forth email exchanges outside of the Stavvy meeting we eventually got the documents signed and completed.

Cons

Stavvy is difficult to work with. Stavvy is difficult to set up. The Stavvy pretest connections uses symbols that mean nothing. They do not explain anything. You can go through it and think things are good. Difficult to maintain connection.

Pros

A commitment to a great customer experience, a workflow that meets the needs of our operational teams, and a platform that not only solves todays needs but will be ready to meet our growing needs.

Cons

That I didn't switch sooner. This has allowed us to focus on the platform and the UX and less about the service. If the company is focused on using the platform as a means to sell a service, the customer experience will never come first.

Our focus was on the right technology and the right customer experience. For me, Notarize is built on selling notary services. I want a platform that meetings my operational needs and my customer experience requirements. I feel that Stavvy is better suited to deliver on the technical side than Notarize

The business teamwork that our company and Stavvy has achieved together has been a game changer in our markets. engaged in our wish list, quick to respond and resolve any issues, and great teacher of the product and how to succeed with it.

Pros

We liked that is was nimble allowed us to meet customers where they wanted to be met. It allowed us to have a my dynamic engagement that simplified the signing process. It gave us a space to lead with and take care of customers.

Cons

I wish it was more mobile ready. Kids do everything on there phone and for security and more its not a great mobile space.

Reasons for choosing Stavvy

We had 2 different providers covering 2 different things. Now we have all our needs within one platform.

My only issue right now is lenders getting onboard with using it. We really enjoy the product.

Pros

It is a very easy to use interface and clients have had no issues logging on.

Cons

Sometimes the authentication can be buggy and not useable, requiring a manual authentication.
