Cons That I didn't switch sooner. This has allowed us to focus on the platform and the UX and less about the service. If the company is focused on using the platform as a means to sell a service, the customer experience will never come first. Pros We liked that is was nimble allowed us to meet customers where they wanted to be met. It allowed us to have a my dynamic engagement that simplified the signing process. It gave us a space to lead with and take care of customers. Cons I wish it was more mobile ready. Kids do everything on there phone and for security and more its not a great mobile space. Reasons for choosing Stavvy We had 2 different providers covering 2 different things. Now we have all our needs within one platform.
