We would get what I like to call surface functionality which looks to be better but then when you get into the functionality of where the software should be, it's something that needs to be done on the back end by a Daxko Operations "admin" person who most of the time has less experience than those of us who have been using Daxko for years or not on the roadmap. Within the last few years, I have seen enhancements that would have been helpful for us if they had happened earlier. Unfortunately, we need things to move a little faster, so we tend to look for outside software that suits our needs, but that then pulls us further away from it working with our CRM. I like the new partnerships, I just hope the forward momentum continues. It's hard to convince people who don't use/know the software as much as the administrators do that the problem isn't always the software. Once something doesn't do what someone thinks it should, even when there is an enhancement, it's never enough after the initial not so great experience. Pros Recently, we have seen improvements that seem to be moving the software to a product that is more relevant to today's needs. Cons Inconsistency in product development. Over the years, we hear new functionality is coming but it was more surface development which didn't help our needs for what technology should do in today's market. Cons having to update password, Bad information alert on each profile. Daxko has not updated the "Need to sign agreement" alert. I highly recommend utilizing this software for your company. It has so many features and is easily usable. The reports that you can run within the system, are super helpful and let you "drill down" into someone's account and get answers for customers. Invest in it; it's worth it! Pros DAXKO Operations has lots to offer a business: Ability for great customer support- reports, transaction history, event log, etc. Features within the system are helpful and gives proof to customers. Ease of use is probably the best Pro! Cons Overall, DAXKO Operations, is a really good program. The only things I would say is that sometimes the reports, that can be ran within the system, are very lengthy and have too much information. September 1, 2025 4.0 My experience has been overall good with Daxko Operations. I started working for my current company in January, with that being said I caught on fairly quick. With us having so many different programs to offer within our corporation the different tabs and screens that you guys have at our disposal is very nice. The way we have worked with you to get our website and mobile app integrated with Daxko has made things all the more convenient when signing up new members and getting them set up to see all the programs and events we offer! Pros I love the customer support punctuality, the fact that they alert you as early as they can when there is going to be maintenance coming up. I like the swiftness in which you can update your customers/members information in the system. Also, I like the notation and alert feature. Then there are very good analytical features where you are able to run a various number of reports in real-time. Cons The fact that Daxko Engage has different log in information. I would have liked to had both log in systems to be on one accord as far as when it's time to change your password for one, you should have to do the same for the other. July 20, 2025 4.0 I love the simple layout of Daxko and how easy it is to navigate through the system. It is very easy to train new staff on. Pros I've worked with Daxko for the last 10-12 years. I absolutely love this system. It has definitely come a long way and is very user friendly. I was in a Director role and the number of reports that could be generated was extremely helpful. I was able to set up programs and registrations with such ease. The amount of data that is kept and that can be utilized is amazing. The finance part is really helpful and makes life so much easier when trying to reconcile the money received daily. Cons A con would be the auto check out after an hour. Cons Sometimes the calendar layout can be tricky or misleading, sometimes Sunday is not the beginning of the week but rather Monday, this has made it easier to make mistakes. I've used similar operating systems for managing a large volume of profiles/accounts and I have to say Daxko has impressed me. I've learned a lot already in my first few weeks. There is ample security for both staff and customer, payment processing is clean and simple, it provides a way for staff to easily manage profiles and accounts and promote more engagement from our community and prompt follow ups for necessary member retention. I have not experienced a need for customer support, which by itself means the system is operating as expected. Pros Daxko is very integrative and efficient. The system is perfectly suited for a membership based operation. I've been very impressed with the ease of use and system interface. Cons I have not encountered anything in the system so far that I have not found satisfactory. I like how Operations allows you to restrict access to certain staff members based on their role, and how operations runs seamlessly. Cons I wish that the phone feature of operations wasn't an additional add-on feature, I feel like it should be included in the original package. I wish that certain reports would go back further than 6 months, and I wish there was a way to save reports to a file on daxko that you could frequently review those reports when you originally pulled them.
