November 4, 2025 5.0 As you can tell from my previous statements, I am a BIG fan. I know this system backwards and forwards. I love it and the entire Daxko team is great at listening and implementing new features when needed. Pros Honestly, I love everything but I would say the best part of Operations within the program side. Running multiple rosters for different sessions within a program make everything so much easier and quicker. I have worked with Daxko since 2004 with 5 different YMCAs and it has never disappointed me one time. Cons In my humble opinion, I cant think of one Con about Operations. If more people would take the time to play around in the Training site and learn to use all of the modules and features, I would be willing to bet my life that no one would be able to come up with any downsides to Operations. It works so much better than our previous platform and makes my job easier. It cuts down on all the paperwork I had to do on my end. Pros Forms are easier to submit and show up immediately. It has all our forms that we need to run our programs easier. Easy to navigate and cuts down on our work load so we can concentrate on the families we serve. Cons I wish their could be a portal for both mom and dad since it is difficult for families who are separated and are not allowed to contact each other to add people to the pick up list due to the primary parent refusing to add pick up people for the other parent. They both share custody 50/50 so I feel like both parent should be able to add people to their pick up list without conflict. September 30, 2025 5.0 I have used DAXKO Operations on and off for over 10 years. I highly recommend utilizing this software for your company. It has so many features and is easily usable. The reports that you can run within the system, are super helpful and let you "drill down" into someone's account and get answers for customers. Invest in it; it's worth it! Pros DAXKO Operations has lots to offer a business: Ability for great customer support- reports, transaction history, event log, etc. Features within the system are helpful and gives proof to customers. Ease of use is probably the best Pro! Cons Overall, DAXKO Operations, is a really good program. The only things I would say is that sometimes the reports, that can be ran within the system, are very lengthy and have too much information. September 1, 2025 4.0 My experience has been overall good with Daxko Operations. I started working for my current company in January, with that being said I caught on fairly quick. With us having so many different programs to offer within our corporation the different tabs and screens that you guys have at our disposal is very nice. The way we have worked with you to get our website and mobile app integrated with Daxko has made things all the more convenient when signing up new members and getting them set up to see all the programs and events we offer! Pros I love the customer support punctuality, the fact that they alert you as early as they can when there is going to be maintenance coming up. I like the swiftness in which you can update your customers/members information in the system. Also, I like the notation and alert feature. Then there are very good analytical features where you are able to run a various number of reports in real-time. Cons The fact that Daxko Engage has different log in information. I would have liked to had both log in systems to be on one accord as far as when it's time to change your password for one, you should have to do the same for the other. July 20, 2025 4.0 I love the simple layout of Daxko and how easy it is to navigate through the system. It is very easy to train new staff on. Pros I've worked with Daxko for the last 10-12 years. I absolutely love this system. It has definitely come a long way and is very user friendly. I was in a Director role and the number of reports that could be generated was extremely helpful. I was able to set up programs and registrations with such ease. The amount of data that is kept and that can be utilized is amazing. The finance part is really helpful and makes life so much easier when trying to reconcile the money received daily. Cons A con would be the auto check out after an hour. The use of links makes it easy for us to create quick QR codes and connect parents with our website. Cons Reports are a little hard to find sometimes depending on what you are looking for. And signatures for camp care. Since we don't use it often when we have to go in we have to relearn it and it takes a while to figure it out. I have had an easy time learning all of the systems that are already in place with the YMCA. I also have had an easy time learning the registration part on our school's behalf. Pros All of the programs that are available to my families are easy to register for. Once a family has a balance - they also have to consolidate their fees before registering for more, which I think is wonderful. Cons Creating new systems once a system is in place seems difficult. Pros I like the large variety of functions, program creation and management that can be done from one product, as well as the ability to easily use the product features. This makes the day easier for our front desk associates. Pros Ease of access to member information and ability for staff to leave notes. This allows for smoother operations and communication between departments. Processing payments is reliable and works well for our organization, we have never had a problem with automatic drafts. Cons There are many ways for a new staff member to click the wrong button and mess something up in a way that can fly under the radar and create problems down the line. I like using a system that is so responsive and easy to get answers to member's questions. Pros Once you learn the system, it is very easy to use. All of the information to do my job is available. Pros It holds alot of great information, but everything is very useful. and if you ever need help the Daxko Operation tteam is amazing. Pros Being able to successfully log in and use it for my job/during my work period. I can perform my job duties with it to good use and expert with the features. Pros Daxko is so helpful and so easy to use. It can be used for so many different things for all needs. it is great for managing all of our programs. you can trust it to secure all information. It has been a game-changer for work. it is super intuitive and makes work so much easier. i love how it helps us stay on track. highly recommend!!! Pros The many ways to find a person, especially when information has been entered incorrectly. I prefer to start by date of birth, but phone numbers and emails can be unique to a person too. I am glad that Daxko is who my employer uses for their business. I love it. And it make's my job run smoother and more efficient in helping our members. Pros I like the layout and how it keeps all your recent looked up members on display. I also like how it has the different categories and short cuts on how to find and look up transactions. I really like the alert system that comes in 3 colors when we need to prioritize the alert. " July 10, 2025 5.0 it has been very enjoyable. it is easy to use and easy to teach others how to use and if you have any questions you can troubleshoot it yourself or reach out to support and get help. Pros It's ease of use and its ever-changing updates to make the operating system better. The real-time customer support service that is offered. and the on the spot training program Cons There are a few updates that could be made, like working better with other systems, for example, one program we use is FitOn Health and there are some information that is required that would be nice if we were able to export exactly what is needed to make the process a little smoother Review Source CC Cynthia C. Support is always timely and super helpful. Pros Relatively easy to use for implementing memberships at the Barefoot Republic Community Center since before we were using CampBrain which wasn't meant for memberships. We are a smaller organization and many of the services they offer are add-ons and too expensive. The end user experience to start is very hard to navigate. Pros Daxko at it's simplest form does what it needs to do. Logging in after the first time is an easy experience. They offer several custom reports, and if the report does not exist they will do their best to create what you are looking for. Cons Daxko is very expensive even with it's tiered systems. It offers many different services from texting to P2P donor platforms, but those are all at extra cost and they are very pricey! Up until mid 2025 the mobil experience using Google Chrome was impossible, you could not use the search function unless your phone was in landscape. Review Source ST Sean T. I feel that they have fixed all the issues and made the interface very user-friendly Pros I use Daxko on a daily basis to work at a call center. I love that Daxko is very user-friendly and the new update makes it even easier to use. Cons There is nothing that I don't like about Daxko, especially since the new update. November 17, 2025 5.0 I am brand new to the non-profit sector and to this role. I've used similar operating systems for managing a large volume of profiles/accounts and I have to say Daxko has impressed me. I've learned a lot already in my first few weeks. There is ample security for both staff and customer, payment processing is clean and simple, it provides a way for staff to easily manage profiles and accounts and promote more engagement from our community and prompt follow ups for necessary member retention. I have not experienced a need for customer support, which by itself means the system is operating as expected. Pros Daxko is very integrative and efficient. The system is perfectly suited for a membership based operation. I've been very impressed with the ease of use and system interface. Cons I have not encountered anything in the system so far that I have not found satisfactory. Great training videos provided as well. Once you get everything down, its easy to navigate too. Pros I like how it is all age user friendly and I appreciate when there are notifications and small trainings for us to review when there are changes on the site. Cons I dislike that when members join online, if they click a certain membership type, and add more members then it calls for or pick the wrong type for what the membership looks like, it wont tell them its wrong. Then I have to make the difficult call letting the members know that the membership was created incorrectly and there is a price increase or whatever the issue is. I think the online portion needs to be easier for people/members to use since they don't understand daxko operations like staff members do. Review Source TM Tiana M. All database systems have quirks but I am able to adapt to how I know it tracks things. Pros I am able to do everything from Daxko that I need to do--check people in, create new memberships, cancel memberships, put them on hold. I like that I have the option now to renew a membership from the check in screen and I like that I am able to check in multiple family members at once. I am a front desk person and I don't have to run any reports other than the final closeout so I have limited functions. I do like the new layout and feel that I will be able to adapt to the changes well. I feel that the rapid check in screen has improved significantly in its function in the ability to have carry over from one user to the next and from one window to the next. Cons I do not like that I don't have an easy way to see the number of people who have checked in during the last 60-90 minutes. And this is only con that I am have seen in the first two shifts at the front desk with the new system.
