### "Overall like the update"

I find it mostly intuitive and easy to learn how something works. All database systems have quirks but I am able to adapt to how I know it tracks things.

Pros

I am able to do everything from Daxko that I need to do--check people in, create new memberships, cancel memberships, put them on hold. I like that I have the option now to renew a membership from the check in screen and I like that I am able to check in multiple family members at once. I am a front desk person and I don't have to run any reports other than the final closeout so I have limited functions. I do like the new layout and feel that I will be able to adapt to the changes well. I feel that the rapid check in screen has improved significantly in its function in the ability to have carry over from one user to the next and from one window to the next.

Cons

I do not like that I don't have an easy way to see the number of people who have checked in during the last 60-90 minutes. And this is only con that I am have seen in the first two shifts at the front desk with the new system.

Good to great. I love the updates that you can access if training is needed for an upgrade etc. I would recommend this product.

Pros

Software - unlimited use for proactive sales is there - just need everyone to enter good data. New update to software has made a huge difference, with Rapid Check in and screen inside to use to check in whole family, or make notes.

Cons

I believe it is in set up, but more detailed type(s) of notes, would be more helpful and allow for data to be pulled to target for example: fitness floor interest

Satisfied, does everything I want! I do not get frustrated working with operations. Like I mentioned before, updating the copy sessions options would help me, but making new sessions every time isnt bad.

Pros

Efficiently organize all the YMCA Sports Leagues I run. The program question section saved me so much time and greatly helps me organize leagues

Cons

Could be a better way to copy and paste sessions. We run similar programs all year so if there was a better way to copy them for each session that would be great

Pros

I love the ease of obtaining members information and registering them for other classes, childcare, or camp.

Cons

I wish there was a better way to update billing information when I have to either add or remove a state contract.

Usually reliable. Offers options to alternate between current user interface and more modern style. Can slow operations from time to time.

Pros

Pleasant user interface makes using the page for extended periods reasonable. Could offer more customization in terms of color scheme, light/dark mode

Cons

Excessive clicks and reentering information for registrations when information was previously provided slows operations when demand is at a peak

Overall positive. Some frustrating issues with UI (Especially with the finance tab). However; the overall user experience is streamlined and effective.

Pros

Checkin functions are very effective and streamlined. Easy to check people in and mark wher they are going.

Cons

No system for checking off if members have filled certain paperwork. A feature like this would be very helpful.

not bad. customer service is great, just a lot of calling back and forth rather than finding the information online.

Pros

It's the ease of being able to keep track of all our members and clarity on membership dues and creating programs for signups and being able to separate all the funds to see which area is needing more help.

Cons

not a lot of training videos to help you with certain areas. As a membership director who just took over this role there isn't much but self-teaching and googling.

I love working this software much better than the other one my company was running. Daxko Operations is much simpler to run and it isn't as intimidating as the other one.

Pros

I love how there is a comprehensive membership management software, childcare functions including authorized pick-ups with notifications for caregivers.

Cons

I find it difficult to build highly specific reports and workflows. There is also glitches and sometimes the software runs slow.

I have used daxko for many years with very few issues. I am able to navigate it quickly and efficiently now. It is easy to find people, make changes, take payments and many other things all in one database.

Pros

Daxko is easy to learn and overall user friendly. I was able to learn fast and everything is very clearly laid out so even if I'm not 100% sure I can easily find my way around to the function I am looking for.

Cons

Deleting or merging members can be challenging if we accidentaly duplicate or need to remove but, it doesn't happen often.

I have been using Daxko Operations for three years and I've enjoyed it so much. I am glad the company I work for utilizes this platform.

Pros

How easy is it to access. I think when I was getting trained, I was able to easily pick it up and I really liked that.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike. I have never had problems with Daxko and I am so glad it is so easy to use.

Where did you come up with that name? I like Daxko, it's better than our old data base. It links with our other computers in house. It would be nice to link up to other Y's who have Daxko too. Then you could have a nation wide database, but show in different colors so you know who is your local member and who is nationwide member, visiting at this branch.

Pros

Like the photo area that is nice to put a decent photo to the information. Like the rows photos and being able to look back quickly for members to get information. When signing up members for an event (like swim lanes) you can click on all available to see where there is an open event. Like that the sign in area sings happy birthday to members. Also I like our check in area where you can see an enlarged photo of the member and any reservations they may have that day.

Cons

Would like the system to stay open longer. If you are not actively using the files it signs you out for security and you have to log in again. Also do not like having to change your password so often. Once every year would be ok. Don't like having to put youth members in without a adult's information. This is a pain.

Great, usually works with no issue, easy to use for basic needs and to find out info when being front desk. Also allows to notify members in case of anything.

Pros

The ease of use, allowing to view areas where the members are able to be searched, appointments to be viewed and completed and to see who is in the branch or not.

Cons

The long animations when a member is first signing in, some things can be a bit hard to find but most is easy.
