I also appreciate the reminders and notifications that help ensure I never miss an appointment. It’s reliable and offers a sense of control over my daily schedule. Overall, Goldie stands out for its simplicity, efficiency, and the way it makes organizing my appointments a stress-free experience every day. **Cons:** The aspect I liked least about Goldie was the inconsistency in its performance. While the product generally delivered acceptable results, there were frequent glitches and occasional slow response times that disrupted the user experience. Additionally, the interface felt somewhat outdated and less intuitive than expected, making certain tasks more time-consuming than they should have been. Customer support, while responsive, sometimes offered generic solutions that didn’t fully address the underlying issues. Finally, despite its appealing features, the lack of seamless integration with other tools I regularly use made the overall experience less efficient and a bit frustrating over time. However it’s annoying how the website link has to have Goldie before it as it doesn’t look like a proper website at the moment though its link. Everything is amazing I have recommended it to many other groomers. **Pros:** I love the message reminders you can do so easily and quickly and how you get notified to send them. **Cons:** \-The fact you can’t add lunch breaks into the calendar. -that you can’t select a service to only be booked on certain days such as “full groom Saturdays only” Vendor Response By Goldie on March 3, 2026 Thank you so much for the feedback. We have shared the request around services tied to dates with the product team. For lunch breaks - there are a couple of options to block the calendar. One of them is to adjust your working hours to have a break in the middle of it - but if you don't want that visible to customers you can also set a recurring personal event on the calendar (click the + in the bottom right corner - add "personal event" and then click add recurrence).
